In Phuket? Love theatre? You MUST go here. - Having lived in Phuket for over 2 years, we had never heard of Junkyard until some friends mentioned it to us and we then booked. We cannot believe just how good this show is !! It's set in a small intimate theatre and I understand that the entertainers are all amateurs, but to be honest, they could all be professionals as the standard really is that high. I don't want to say too much about the show itself as the surprises are one of the most entertaining aspects of the performance. If you live in Phuket, you will instantly get the jokes and parody, if you're a tourist and have been in Thailand for 3 days, you will also get it. It's such a funny reflection of everything that is Phuket and Thailand and it's absolutely hilarious. The singers are a little less comedy, but are at the same level of excellence as the other actors and again, amazing to experience. Both my wife and I commented that it was the most we had laughed for years and we had tears of laughter streaming down our faces on multiple occasions. From the moment you enter the venue and get a superb welcome from Mia, through the pre-theatre drinks service and background entertainment all the way through the show and dinner, the service is impeccable. I cannot give enough kudos to the whole company. Every single member of staff is warm, friendly, professional and above all, comes across as they love their job and are passionate to make sure guests have a great time. If you're in Phuket, love the theatre and comedy, this should be at the very top of your to-do list whilst there. Thank you so much Junkyard, we will be back very soon. Ian and Debbie

The best way to legally enjoy a night out in Phuket - An excellently choregraphed, high energy dance and song performance, which provides a quirky and humorous review of everyday life for tourists and locals in Phuket. The unique and interesting set is all made on site whilst the theatre itself is housed in an airy, large and dry environment with good airflow (fan based). The meal was fine and eaten during the show but with carefully staged breaks to allow you to eat in comfort. I'd recommend getting to the venue early as the Front of House area is worth a visit all by itself and the management and front of house staff are friendly and will happily engage with you. The backstory to how the theatre was set up and its positive impact for young people in Phuket is very uplifting. Out of all the evening entertainment we've enjoyed in Thailand this was certainly the best.

Best night ever. Better than broadway 🎭 - An amazing night. The food is very good and the show is unforgettable. A catchy parody of the Phuket culture and how the western people deal with it. All night good vibes and fun.

Best of Phuket! - By far the best thing we done in Phuket! From the moment we arrived the hostess was lovely, venue fun and quirky, something new to see everywhere you look! And the show AMAZING!!! So funny, so witty, the host of the show was a laugh a minute! Could not recommend this more! It will be a must every time we return to Phuket!

Amazing dance acts, great humour - We had a great night. I will not post any spoilers, just let them surprise you. You'll experience some very good dancing and you'll have a laugh for sure. The theatre is small, and I think this is essential to the show. It was very professional and organised, but the small scale of it all allows you to meet the performers and crew afterwards if you like. As a guest, I felt welcome and even appreciated as part of the circle that makes theatre work I'd advise to go for the show and diner optIon as they pause the show so you can enjoy the diner in peace.

Great night - Fab night full of laughter great entertainment! So well organised. Delicious food. Highly recommend it as a couple or with your family.

Best show in Phuket - Completely 100% the best show in Phuket. Family run with all the extras. All the props and stage was made from local junk. The theater choreography was 1st class and full of 1st class performers.

The energy and creative performances are truly unique, offering a refreshing alternative to the typical Phuket scene. Phuket needs more theaters like this - ones that embrace originality and push the boundaries of entertainment. We definitely gonna come back.

Absolute best show Phukets - Absolute best show in Phuket. For the old, the young and in between. It’s a dream show packed with dynamic dance, cultural jokes and ultimately a lot of good vibrations. There’s nothing like it, not to be missed.
