The best day ever - thank you Nok, A and Rong! - We had such a wonderful day thanks to Nok, A and Rong and the beautiful boat itself. I could rave and rave about the kind, attentive and sweet service offered by the crew that made our day one of the best we’ve ever had but I also wanted to include some practical components to our review for anyone wanting more concrete information about what to expect on the day. We had a stunning and easy hotel pick up in a very nicely appointed vehicle - we’ve had private transfers to and from other high end hotels like Cape Fahn and Four Seasons and this was one of the nicer vehicles we’ve travelled in. There’s a short 5 min wait and a beautiful port - perfect for photos - before you’re transported in a smaller boat to the main sail boat. Our driver was very gentle on the throttle and took this nice and slowly for us (though we’d have been happy with a James Bond style boat ride through the waters!) We were immediately offered a refreshing tea each before getting a short on board briefing. Our drinks were immediately served - we brought a bottle of champagne on board as we were celebrating a special occasion, but were also offered anything from the open bar. We were promptly served some snacks, waters and fruit and the team offered to put up some shade for us however we opted to get some early sun. We connected to the Bluetooth speakers and enjoyed listening to some tunes for the ride in. We enjoyed a lunch of smoked salmon sandwiches, freshly cooked fish and cake before stopping off at two small islands past Ko Tae Nai and Ko Tae Nok (too small for Apple Maps) to enjoy snorkeling, swimming and paddle boarding. We later went to another very small island along our journey home where we again swam and paddle boarded. This island was shallower, so we were escorted there via dinghy by two of the team members. On our journey home we enjoyed more snacks, fruit and drinks before being served sunset canapés and Prosecco. As Aussies who enjoy a drink, I was worried that we would run short with the open bar but this wasn’t the case. In addition to the champagne we brought on board, we enjoyed several beers, white wine, waters and soft drinks before enjoying our bottle of Prosecco at sunset. In hindsight, I would have cancelled our dinner reservation back at our hotel as the food served on board was so generous, ample and filling. We were also treated to a beautiful cake at sunset for the celebration of our wedding anniversary. I cannot rate this experience and the team who provided it highly enough!! We’re looking forward to our next trip (we’ve booked a second excursion as the first was so incredible) and will definitely be booking this each time we return to Koh Samui!

Best day ever! Thank you NOK, A and Rong - A big thank you to Nok, A and Rong for playing such a key role in what was one of the best days of our lives. A private full day on the boat exceeded even our highest expectations. The team made sure our every want and need was taken care of from the beginning and throughout the entire trip. From snacks, fruits, drinks, meals, excursion activities and excursion spots - everything was catered to us to make sure we got the most out of the day. The team themselves were so thoughtful and sweet - we really hope to see them all again on a future trip! In fact - the experience was so amazing we’re off on the boat again tomorrow and will definitely be rebooking for when we are next in Koh Samui!

The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the entire journey. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. The Italian based menu was abundant and exceeded expectations—delicious and beautifully presented. The njuda spaghetti was definitely a highlight for us! The private yacht experience was the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence. We were taken to some private beach areas for swimming and had a great time snorkeling at angthong beach park. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend the day. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to treat themselves to an unforgettable experience!

Best bday ever - The crew at Independence Yacht Charter( Doug Peterson 52) Mr. A, Nok and crew were Beyond amazing. We celebrated my husband’s 45th birthday with a private tour of Mu Ko Ang Thong National park and it was perfect. From pick up to drop off, we couldn’t have asked for better service. The crew took us to a private beach and were always on top all our needs. Nok prepared the food that was delicious 😋. She is awesome. Definitely spend some time with them while in Koh Samui if you want an unforgettable experience.

We unfortunately were unable to complete our all day private sailing cruise due to a last minute hospitalization of our daughter. I messaged our captain Luca right away and his immediate reaction was of concern for our family. He was so very responsive and treated us with such kindness. You should feel good about doing business with this company. In addition, one day before our scheduled charter, he reached out to confirm all details and to communicate clearly about pick up time and location. We appreciate this so much bc many times tour operators are not so diligent. We are extremely disappointed we didn’t get to sail with Luca as I know it would’ve been the trip of a lifetime.

Great day Sailing tour to Koh Phangan - Booked this sailing tour for my husband & I as we were looking to explore a little with a little adventure that included food & drinks. We had the best experience, we were looked after so well and had an amazing day out on the waters. Snorkeled, took the paddle board out and had plenty of food. Unforgettable Honeymoon Tour to Koh Phangan - My partner and I chose a half-day tour to Koh Phangan during our honeymoon and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The day was perfectly organised, allowing us to see some stunning parts of the island without feeling rushed. Independence, the sailing yacht, was scenic and comfortable, with a knowledgeable crew who shared interesting facts about the area and made sure everyone was having a great time. Our first stop was a beautiful, secluded desert beach Lost paradise where we enjoyed some quiet time, perfect for a romantic walk along the shore. The second stop in Bottle beach one of the island's most pristine and beautiful beaches, often described as a hidden gem with crystal-clear waters, soft white sand and very peaceful. For lunch they provided a delicious authentic Mediterranean fresh seafood and the sunset canapès was even better. The open bar was also very appreciated. The attention to detail and friendly atmosphere made it feel personal, as if they were truly invested in making our day memorable.
