Amazing - Beautiful island , pigs well looked after, they had plenty food and water and hosed down during the day, was a short 10 minutes speed boat trip to the island, lunch provided was delicious , there is a bar there, wasn't crowded with people. Very chilled and lots of fun playing with the pigs .

Snorkelling and pigs - what else do you need? - After a bumpy start (our driver got lost) they sorted it out quickly and truely made up for it. The stops were just magical and the pigs were fascinating even if they weren’t feeling like a swim (it WAS very hot). The lunch served was really good and it was a great day all up. Recommend it to anyone.

Touristy but fun - Very touristy, but absolutely fun trip! Before the boats leave, have a drink at the bar (own expense) while enjoying good EDM. The explanation of what to do and what not to do is good. The snorkeling itself could have lasted an (half) hour longer, the stay on Pig Island a little shorter. Lunch was good and there was even an option for a vegetarian lunch. So nothing to complain about.

It was fine.. - A really nice trip. Unfortunately, the snorkeling spot wasn't that nice, the water wasn't that clear and you couldn't see much/far, but there were lots of fish swimming around you. We had 3 hours on the island with the pigs. There was lunch, which was OK, and you could borrow a kayak for 15 minutes. Apart from the pigs, there was nothing special about the island, so 3 hours was a bit long. Overall, a nice trip, but nothing more.

Snorkeling flop, Pig Island okay - We booked this tour as a sunset tour (cheaper on Koh Samui than on the internet). The transfer to the pier and back was in a new, very comfortable minibus. The crossing to the snorkeling stop was short, drinks on board. Unfortunately, the snorkeling area was characterized by broken, dead corals, hardly any fish to speak of, murky water, masses of snorkelers. Unfortunately, the crew neglected to point out that standing and touching the corals is strictly prohibited! Accordingly, a whole number of tourists stood on the corals despite their life jackets. It's a shame, there is still so much stupidity. Our friendly advice on this was not understood or ignored. Pig Island as an island in itself is really beautiful. It's worth walking along the beach. We have mixed feelings about the pigs and dogs. On the one hand, the locals need sources of income, on the other hand, you feel sorry for the animals. The area around the small bar and the seating could be kept cleaner, some relaxed music would perhaps boost sales. The sunset on the return journey is short, and we stop for photos. All in all, we would skip the snorkeling stop next time (Andaman Sea, Red Sea, Maldives are much nicer). In our opinion, the tour itself is too long (1 hour snorkeling + 2 hours Pig Island + 1 hour dinner {was delicious} as well as the arrival and departure).

Dolphin Snorkel and Pig Island Tour - Not good 😌 - We booked the dolphin , snorkel and pig island tour - we paid 1500 baht each for adults so around £60 UK in total - The “pictures” you see on the tour boards are nothing like what you will see - read below for more info The dolphin “sightseeing” was a disaster - took a 45 minute boat ride to then spend another 30 mins looking for then - when finally did find some you saw the occasional pink spot when they surface and a picture would be almost impossible unless it did so next to the boat so unlikely After a few photos with pink dots on we then went to the snorkelling area - pretty mush given a snorkel and told to jump off the back of the boat lol - not sure where these beautiful fish were as the only fish we saw were ironically from the boat when we got back on - they’re was a few other English speakers we asked they didn’t see any fish either Next the pig island - you’ll see pigs for sure but not like you’d hope - they won’t be on the beach or swimming lol - they’re all round the eating and bar area for obvious reasons - don’t take your shoes off they’re is pig wee everywhere - you can touch and take photos etc but they’re all black not like the pics and you have to fight your way in as it’s real busy - the island is dirty with rubbish piled in the bushes Overall not great and would t recommend- I’d suggest if you must see the pigs go to the dock and get a boat across be much cheaper than a tour and the dolphins really are worth skipping Boat was good , dinner on return was good but the experiences themselves were poor

Tourist trap - A tourist trap to avoid at all cost!! Pig Island is very dirty with rubbish everywhere which is a shame. You stay there for 2 hours just so you can spend money at the bar . Only about 10 pigs on island which are clearly not wild. Big disappointment. Crew and staff of the tour were nice.

Not a good experience - The pictures look nothing like the island it’s dirty and the sea is not crystal clear I would definitely recommend wearing sea shoes as lots of broken shells/coral/rocks and the floor is VERY hot. The pigs seemed to be well fed but did notice a pig that had a large lump on tummy and seemed to need to see a vet. The dogs are all gasping for water all in all I wish I hadn’t bothered. The food that we were given was poor in my opinion and I’m not fussy.

Animal abuse - 🤢Witnessed terrible abuse 🤢 We arrived early to beat the rush and was met by 20 pigs and 10 dogs laying in the shade. The rushed to us for water, luckily we had some bottles on us. All water buckets were empty. The owner then came out shouting and threw a water bottle at a dog who screamed and hid under the building. After a argument with the owner he finally got some water to the pigs. There were also caged sows at the back of the building with no water or food in full sun. Some pigs had untreated illness, the dogs all had fleas and looked incredibly unhappy. I'm gutted we paid to support this 😢

I would like a refund - We planned this and it wasn’t cheap and as we don’t have much money we took a risk booking this. We then got told it would leave at 10 am and got a call at 8:30 saying they would not wait for us to go even though we said we would only be 10 minutes! Then we arranged with the company to do it the next day so we changed our accommodation and transport in order to do this activity and it was my best friend’s wish to do so. Then to be told they won’t let us do it so we have lost so much money and now can’t get home!
