Great experience and a great day - Snorkelling wasn’t too crowded and had tour guide fed the fish so there was plenty around for us. The beach where we stopped was lovely and quiet with no one else around but close proximity to go see the pigs if we wanted. Food on the beach was amazing and very impressive to be made just on the beach. Definitely would recommended

Superb lunch on the beach - A fantastic birthday treat, snorkeling with so many fish and then the most amazing lunch, prepared for us by Dai our guide, on our own little bit of tropical paradise beach. I would highly recommend.

In a word, this tour was... - In a word, this tour was PERFECT! We were on an 11-day cruise with lots of great tours and sight-seeing, but this is the one that we look back on and felt was our best day. From the start when we were planning the tour, Megan was incredible to work with. She answered all of my questions and was patient. I was truly excited to book this tour after working with her. On the day, Dai and our driver were excellent! There were lots of issues with tendering from the ship that day that delayed us, but Dai was patient and had a big smile on her face when we spotted her with our name on her sign. She asked what time we needed to be back at the port and assured us that we would be back easily by then and still have plenty of time for a great day. She was right on both accounts! She told the driver that we needed to stop at an ATM on the way to the longtail boat pier to Koh Tan, so we could get some baht to feed the pigs at Koh Madsum. The driver had to stop at three different ATMs until we found one that worked - the patience of this man was astounding! The snorkeling was short, but the right amount of time to see the beautiful tiger fish and many other kinds. Dai threw out pieces of bread and the fish swam right in front of our faces! The water was so clear and also easy to step into. Then we were off to Koh Madsum for some relaxing on the beach and our picnic lunch. This lunch was maybe the best food we had on our entire cruise. It was cooked from scratch when we got to the beach, and Dai set up a beautiful blanket with palm frond decorations and many options for drinks - beers, sodas, wine. We had plenty of time to walk up and down the quiet beach, which we had to ourselves, and take a little dip in the water. Then lunch was served - fried rice, green curry, chicken and pork satay, papaya salad. It was fresh, delicious, and authentic. So classy for a picnic. I think we ate every last bite. Then mango and sticky rice for dessert with fresh cut watermelon. Everything was sooo good. We went to the busier part of the island then to feed and pet the pigs. (It is 50Baht per bag of pig food.) While there were lots of tourists, there was still plenty of space to move around and I never felt crowded to feed the pigs (except crowded by the pigs, perhaps). Dai took a few pictures of us on the beach, which Island Gems emailed to us later. Wow - what a day! I would do this exact same tour again without hesitation.

Honeymoon Picnic - Awesome intimate honeymoon experience. Food and setting was amazing and the service was really great. Would recommend highly.

Super Romantic - The best tour in Koh Samui! We literally had the most private and luxurious day you could! Private pickup and tour was something else! After doing a few tours throughout Thailand, with thousands of other people, it was so amazing to be able to be on a long boat, snorkle, and eat a privately curated lunch on a secluded beach! Lunch was so delicious and romantic

Incredible intimate tour - Brilliantly run tour. The day went really smoothly and the beach picnic was super! The little touches of detail made this tour stand out from others I have seen previously! If you want amazing snorkelling, other trips may go to better spots, but if you want a secluded, intimate and private experience you couldn't ask for better. Seeing the pigs too was very good fun.

We had the best time!... - We had the best time! Picked up in a very nice air conditioned van from our hotel and treated to a boat ride and snorkel. The picnic on the beach was truly special- food was delicious and Dai was wonderful. Would highly recommend to friends!

Excellent all around - This was the highlight of Samui for us. The boat was clean and the ride was smooth. The tour guide/private chef and the man who drove the boat were both very nice and friendly. The private beach where we had lunch was so serene. We got to swim with fish, swam around with no crowd around, ate some yummy Thai food, napped in peace, swam some more before heading back. Totally worth the $$ just for the meal alone. A total must do for anyone who would like to enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the beauty around.

Entire staff was very... - Entire staff was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Had some issues getting picked up at the right time and location

Average - Da is super friendly and food was incredible. If you are looking for a beach lunch do this trip. The rest - transportation was poor. Driver taking us to drop off location took us to the wrong place. Finally got back into vehicle after a short “discussion” and an hour later arrived in a car park. Had to search for Da. Snorkeling was average at best. At least 20 boats. Many people standing on coral, which of course was damaged in areas. Fish were ok - not too many varieties. Many people were feeding fish. Visibility a bit murky. Pig island is meh. Do it if you haven’t seen a pig before. Again, if you are looking for a great beach lunch then do this trip. Don’t expect much of the other experiences
