DAY 1: HANOI - PU LUONG (L - D)

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Morning Journey (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
07:00 AM: Begin with a hotel pickup in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
Enjoy a picturesque 4-hour drive to Pu Luong, including a rest stop. Admire the serene village landscapes en route.

Lunch and Afternoon Trek (12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
12:00 PM: Arrive at Pu Luong and relish lunch at a local eatery. Check-in at the hotel is available from 2:00 PM.
01:30 PM: Head to the Meeting Point and set off on an exciting 10km trek, rated 4/5 in difficulty. Discover Kho Muong, a secluded village nestled in valleys, featuring the largest cave in Pu Luong.
Continue from Kho Muong to the picturesque Bang village, exploring remote homes amidst stunning terraced fields. Return to the hotel for relaxation by 5:00 PM.

Evening Delights (7:00 PM)
For those interested in Vietnamese culinary arts, an optional cooking class is offered. Delight in a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM. Spend the evening at leisure, concluding a magical day in Pu Luong.

DAY 2: PU LUONG - HANOI (B - L)

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Morning Exploration (8:45 AM - 11:30 AM)
08:45 AM: After breakfast, transfer to Ban Cong village for a 2.5km walk, exploring the river, rice fields, and local lifestyle, while searching for giant water wheels. Experience bamboo rafting on Chieu Lau dam at 10:00 AM. Embark on another 2km trek, completing a loop trail.

Lunch and Departure (1:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
Return to the hotel for check-out by 11:30 AM. Enjoy lunch and prepare for the return journey to Hanoi at 1:00 PM.
Conclude the tour at your Hanoi hotel by 6:30 PM, avoiding heavy traffic.

Additionally, there will be an opportunity to learn about the culture of the Black Thai people. While two days may not be enough to fully immerse in such a rich and diverse culture, the guide will provide insights into Thai cultural traits, offering a deeper understanding of the local way of life. Participants will also visit a Thai homestay, where they can easily meet locals, engage in conversation, enjoy tea, and interact with them.
