Great guides and super memorable - Favorite part of my India trip so far! Guides Asif and Ummed were great, and James was very helpful organizing the trip. There was plenty of food, the beds were comfortable enough and warm, and the stars were amazing. Would highly recommend if you come through Jaisalmer.

Amazing and unique experience! - The night in the desert was amazing! Since the first moment we jump in the jeep, the adventure begins! Our guides were very kind and they told us a lot of interesting information about Jaisalmer, the desert and the village life. Thank you very much Sameer, Ganesh and Durga!

Very great experience!... - Very great experience! Samir Prem and Papaya the camel were a great team. Food was amazing and the stars at night a sight to behold. Only thing that needs to be changed: the adress of the meeting point Fakiri Cafe is not the same as google says.

Golden Jaisalmir - Every experience of Jaisalmir is exclusive, be it local food, folk songs ang dance, fine sunsets and sunrises on sand dunes, night safari as well as the colourful forts and havelis of Jaisalmir. Sunset and sunrise at Gadisar lake is also a heavenly experience.

Excellent stay in desert with delicious food - We had a wonderful night stay in the desert under the sky. Our host gave us delicious snacks, dinner and breakfast next day morning. We enjoyed camel ride, although it was painful. Overall we spent the loveliest night in the desert.

Unforgettable night in the Thar Desert - I have nothing but kind words for the team at Mystic Jaisalmer, especially the guides Ike and Kamal! Being a solo traveler is often difficult to find a tour company that makes you feel comfortable in going into the desert, specially alone. But the team at Mystic Jaisalmer have made me feel completely at home, and have shown me nothing but kindness. It's undoubtedly a magical experience to sleep under the breathtaking sky of the Thar Desert, one that should be experienced by all. And Mystic Jaisalmer is a safe bet to do so!

It's a fun but select a proper resort - It's important to keep your expectations low in order to enjoy fully. The place developed near Jodhpur is strictly not a harsh and expansive desert as accessing that may be difficult and staying can be painful due to paucity of amenities in deep desert. Sam desert is rather a benign part of the desert having some stretch under loose sand dunes which is being used for camel and jeep safari by the resorts around. The pleasure of stay would depend on which part of the year you visit as the middle of the winter can again be very harsh. So the best part remain from Oct to end to mid Dec and mid Jan to Feb end. With regards to choice of resort, it is important to go through reviews available on social media as the quality of stay and food provided can make or mar one's stay. The camel safari is really attractive for those who have never ridden a camel before. For elderly, the camel cart can be a better option as it is rather more comfortable. Jeep safari is a fun for youngsters due to speed with going up and down the dunes. But for the elderly it may be equally irritating. We were lucky to get a resort that provided good food and entertainment besides reasonably comfortable stay, though were charged unreasonably high tariff by makemytrip. Overall a not to be missed experience!

Visit to Jaisalmer and Overnight stay in the desert - I have visited Jaisalmer from 12th Nov to 14th Nov,2019.We were 8 adults and stayed in Hotel Heritage Inn for onenight upon arrival from Jaipur. The hotel is good, spraling and Staff were very good .Food and Service were also good.Wifi is unstable. Next Morning we went To Jaisalmer Fort,Jain Temple inside Jaisalmer fort and few Havelis inside the Fort. There are plenty of food joints and Souvenir and curio shops inside the Fort.Only problem is that for senior citizens like us it is very difficult to cover the places inside the Fort by Foot as you have to climb up to vist any place inside the Fort.If you are lucky you can get a tuk tuk @Rs40 to Rs50/- per trip. After noon we went to Sam Desert and visited the desert and had Camel Ridei. But the Safari was only for 10 minutes which was included in our Package. For more duration you have to shell out more money. We stayed over night in Sevel Palm desert Camp. The night cultural programme with Rajasthani Folk Singer and dancer held in the camp was good time pass. However the Vegeterian Dinner offered by the Seven Palm was not good and Break fast next Morning was ordinary. We started from the desert camp at around 10am next day and Checked in to Hotel Heritage for two more nights .We went to Gadisar Lake ,few more Havelis ,an abandoned village and war Museum. You can do lot of Shopping inside the golden fort .We left fo Mumbai on 15th Morning. It was a good family trip and we enjoyed it.

Desert Stay - We had booked overnight stay under stars. It was pouring rain all day and suppose to rain at night again. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a tent at no charge as we would have been soaking wet and miserable under the stars. I gave it 4 stars because even when the rain stopped we did a lot of waiting around to go on our camel ride. Patience is key when in India, they do run on Indian time. Even though due to weather we didn't get the full experience we still enjoyed our tour!
