Convenient pass, booking site not always working, bad customer service - I bought a pass for 3 days, for about 250 euros. The app is very intuitive and simple to use, but often the site to book the (few) attractions that need to be booked does not work or does not give availability of dates, for any day. It happened to me for two attractions out of about 10 I visited. For the first I solved by going directly on site the day before and asking for information, while the second I had to give up. Customer service is BAD, that has to be said. At the first email I was told that they would follow up the request within 24 hours, which then became another 48. And to date, after two weeks, still nothing, trip over and trip missed. Apart from this mishap, however, with a lot of planning and comparison of opening hours also through other sites, everything went well. Passes worked smoothly, sometimes scanning those directly, sometimes having to go through the ticket office to "redeem" a paper ticket cost 0. Anyway, I didn't find any big queues, despite it being early December.

Lights and some shadows. - When I paid for the 5 Sightseeing cards (3 Day Pass), I had only read the information on their website. It looked good. But I started reading very bad comments that alarmed me (then I understood that they had been from people asking for the return, and it must be complicated). My experience has been good and bad. Communication with the company has been void, only to register and pay. I have asked questions and asked for information and they have not answered any time. But the card has worked, except for two attractions, which I think should have been deregistered and not reported (eSIM and Madam Tussaud wax museum, were impossible to book, also the Premium BUS day and night, we could book it, but the day could not take it at 10:30, time at which we booked, and we were advised a few hours before, by mail, the company of the bus, that the night bus was cancelled). Since we didn't take the Premium BUS, very close was the essential hop-on/hop-off BUS, as an alternative. All other attractions ran smoothly. Although some of them are not so easy to book, because when you arrive you have no pass in the moment, but a few hours later (top off the rock, Edge). The end result is that we saved a lot of money, because we did a schedule of itineraries, which took a lot of time to prepare, so we could go to attractions close to each other, with alternatives if it didn’t work or we had to go another hour later. I advise this card, but knowing that they will not have extra sightseeing information (except the one that is on the web or in your application, which is quite a lot). And that in case of problems you can only talk to those responsible for the specific attraction (if they respond, because they usually take time). In our case per person we consume $507 on the 3-day card, saving a little more than half the money, approximately. I put my experience, which doesn’t have to be the same as the others, because I wish someone had told theirs, before buying the pass.

City pass disappointing - We are very disappointed with this City pass. It is written for example for the statue of liberty "No need to book in advance. Simply show your Sightseeing Pass at the Castle Clinton ticket counter in Battery Park to enter the Statue of Liberty. To be sure you have enough time for Ellis Island & the Statue, please arrive before 1:30 p.m.” , it is impossible to access this activity .., , for the one World observatory , we had to add 15€ per person ..a tip , do not take a city pass and book your activities live . We spent 1900€ for 7 people for 4 days ..

Tourist Trap Rip Off - Do NOT use the Sightseeing Pass. It is a rip off. My family and I pre-paid for 5 passes with 4 attractions each, and we paid extra for insurance. You cannot book the attractions through the site. Even though they say "No need to book in advance" for the attractions and give an estimate of when to arrive early, you show up only to find out everything is already booked up. This happened over and over again to my family. When I went to get a refund for my unused attractions (I paid extra for insurance) they told me that because I had used the passes for 1 attraction they were "activated" and they couldn't refund me on all of the unused attractions (which we didn't go to because everything was booked up). None of this is mentioned in their "no questions asked" refund policy. The safe bet is to book directly. You may pay slightly more, but the companies will work with you to secure a true booking, reschedule, or even refund. Once you buy the Sightseeing Pass you are locked in, and unless you do nothing with the pass, you won't get a refund for the attractions you don't use.

The pass that ruins your vacation - The pass ruined my vacation. I was in two-hour lines and when I got to the counter they told me I didn't have access because I should have booked online. Which is impossible with the pass. It is best to book on your own and go directly to the attraction. If you buy the pass you can go to very few attractions and you will pay much more. Not at all profitable

I do not recommend buying this pass - I absolutely do not recommend buying this pass. When you need something from them they do not reply any email and lie in their cancellation and refund policy.

paid a lot and seen little or nothing - 5-hour guided bus tour sold for almost $200 per person. What have we done? A walk of about half an hour first on the High Line and then to the Chelsea market. Then we went to the pier for boarding with the ferry to see (from far away) the Statue of Liberty. They made us wait more than an hour for boarding and we stayed in the waiting room of the pier. Embarked and arrived at their destination, returned immediately back. Then by bus I travel more than an hour along the 11th and 10th aves (where there is absolutely nothing to see) to get to 116th east street to eat in a phantom bar, where there was a line from outside dozens of people. Since we only had 25 minutes, we went back on the bus on an empty stomach. Return to the starting and ending point of the trip. I have been to New York three times and I have always done this kind of excursion to get an overview of the city. Never seen so little as this time. Besides (but to be honest they wrote it on the presentation) the guide spoke only English and so either you understand the language or you are isolated. With other companies, the guide speaks English but they give you earphones that give you summary explanations in the language of your choice. I say, without any doubt, that it was a pointless trip that developed most on the bus amidst the chaotic traffic and almost always along the less central avenues of Manhattan. With this company I wouldn't do it again, even considering the cost. I strongly advise against it.

NEVER AGAIN - i don't know how to start my review for this company since we haven't use the passes yet. I AM SO MAD AND PURELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMAPNY. i talked to Rochel one of the customer reps and book 18 tickets from her. all i thought was she will book it under 1 order, i received 2 separate bookings with different references. i told her this will be a group of 18 people. i then called again to have it merged but next representative said it would not be possible to do it. this was the first complaint i had. i am hesitant to continue with my reservations now because the second thing happened was someone tried to use my card and the last thing i used it with was with this company. and they said that if i cancel the pass it would be back to whatever card i used it with. that card has already been blocked and permanently closed as i received notification that someone have tried to use it with online purchase and as per my bank the merchant can only be found from the Philippines. i then ask my bank to turndown that credit card and send me a new one. don't trust this company and i will make sure to put a review everywhere. I am considering how the passes would go and hoping for the best. SIGHTSEEING PASS COMPANY SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FRAUD DOINGS OF THIS AGENT. Good thing I put high securities on all of my bank accounts or else she could have used it with her own satisfactions.

Got fewer attractions than paid for! - I purchased a 10 attraction pass and everthing was great until the 8th attraction. The pass wouldn't work. Emailing the company has gone unanswered and telephone (from a different country) unsolved. Ended up having to pay to enter three attractions that should have been covered in my original pass purchase.
