The tickets were excellent and the... - <p>The tickets were excellent and the Yankee Stadium is awesome! We really enjoyed the experience and since I would like to go to every major league stadium in the U.S., this made 20% of them that I have been in so far. Great choice for this tour!</p>

Good seats, smooth entry - We had a city pass and gate 4 was where we needed to be. Very reasonable seats, good game. Subway easy and straightforward to the game. We left before the end and all was busy, but straightforward, heading home.

A long ride on the metro but easy to... - <p>A long ride on the metro but easy to get to. Instructions on redeeming viator vouchour inadequate. Had to go to a few places to redeem . Seats were good. Venue great. Saw Derek Jeter score a home run......highlight of the night. For a non baseball fan from Australia it was worth the experience.</p>

Rather poor unfortunately - We should have been given details about our row/seat well before. First we had a long line for customer services to get the tickets. Then go in line for approx one hour to get in around 20.30 whilst the game started at 19.10.

Tickets were not honored at Yankee Stadium at the gate - Tickets were not honored at the Yankee Stadium gate. Instead of being able to right on to the game after the pregame tour I was embarrassed because I was escorted out of the stadium because I was told these third party tickets were not honored at Yankee Stadium.
Although it took quite a while to final find someone in Customer Service that "fixed" the issue and sent tickets directly to me via text message, but not until after the embarrassment of the tickets not being honored at the gate and being escorted out of the stadium.
