Value for money - Great value, good driver and show was brilliant. Had a snack and drinks at NEMO - amazing venue. Would go again.

Lovely Driver BUT Not Enough Time As Was Very Late - Lovely Driver, he really did try to accommodate bless him.. Was a great service the only downfall was that it stated 4hrs so was meant to be collected by 7pm but got collected 7.40pm and didn’t reach until 8.30pm waiting for other people who took forever and should have been left but because driver was so kind to wait it affected us all. We had to rush food took about an hours wait so was literally no time to even look around it was like get there eat watch show then leave. No time for shopping or even to have desserts after dinner.. I had two young children so that delayed them eating didn’t get to eat till about 10pm and was rushing missed abit of the parade because of food wait.. If we were on time we would have had enough time to browse but a meant to be 4hrs was really only 2.5hrs and that really does go fast once your there as it’s super packed so maybe choose a transfer that says 6hrs and will pick you up at 6pm I’d say..

Biggest waste of time ever - Got scammed. There was no show. Also entrance always free! You pay for transport thats it. They picked me up at 18:40. After 2 hours we arrived and guide told us show is at 22:00 and ends 22:45. We leave at 23:00. After 22:27 i text tour operator when show starts. They say it will. 10 min later i go to staff and they said there is no show. We got robber of one of our evenings at our holiday. They refuse to refund too since they brought us 😂
