Fun way to get to know the Rocks - Simon and Brenton were great guides giving us the story of how the Rocks came to be. They would weave us through the main part of each gorgeous pub before bringing our group to a private room. The guys were also very knowledgeable of the local breweries. Each tasting also had cider and wine options. Don’t forget to use the meal at the Australian Heritage Hotel (before or after the tour). Good food, several options and a beverage is included. We used ours as lunch before our 2:30pm tour

If you like beers and good stories, you should try this - The tour was amazing!! Nice stories with good beer ❤️ The walking distance is not that long, so don’t be afraid of getting tired or sweaty haha I suggest choosing a comfortable shoes though. We decided to have the meal first and then went to the meeting spot. Tanya is awesome! She made the experience more enjoyable and funny. Thank you Dave’s tour team.

Rocks history and beer - We loved this tour. Tanya was very informative and interesting. We had no idea that we would get a Rock history lesson along with really good beer and cider. Definitely plan on doing this in Sydney. We also loved our dinner, loved the Roasted pumpkin feta pizza.

An overview history of the rocks and historical Hotels. - The experience was really good and our guide (Dave) aka Simon was excellent. Very informative not rushed and a different look and feel of the rocks and historical hotels/pubs. The only thing would be that we thought it was a little over priced, especially if you had the meal options. The choice of food and quality wasn't great, which did detract from the experience. However in saying that we did enjoy our tour.

Bad tour - This was the worst Viator tour I’ve been on. The tour was scheduled to begin at 630 pm, include 5 drinks and dinner. Our guide, Simon was fine. For 3 hours we toured the Rocks and enjoyed 4 small beers (not 5 as promised) and found out that there was no dinner. After questioning, it became apparent that we were expected to go to another venue and have a meal before returning to the start of the tour. Everyone on the tour felt that this was misleading and disingenuous. Spending 3 hours sipping beer without anything to eat is ridiculous. This should have been clearly discussed at the beginning of the tour. It would have been easy to order food at the beginning of the tour so that people could have some food at a subsequent stop during the tour. This is no reflection on our guide Simon who did a good job. .

Not worth the time and money - It was a terrible experience. When guide showed up he complained cause we were early and he wanted to nap . Needless to say that did not sit well with us .
