On time & Efficient - The crew was on time to pick me up from the hotel.
There were free toilets at the pier.
The boat was on time to leave Phuket
The boat was on time to arrive at Ko Yao Noi On time.

Recommended transfer to Thailand's Yao Noi from Phuket - This was a reasonable and cost effective way to get from Phuket to Yao Noi instead of a private boat.

Nice trip - It is cheaper to just book in person, but it is convenient to have it taken care of in advance.
Excellent service from boat captain.
Check in at the small brown building/booth next to the steps leading down to the water.
