Departure for Kalambaka is a highlight of your stay in Greece. Upon arrival, visit the renowned Meteora, unique geological formations that host monasteries built in the 14th century, rich in Byzantine art. Today, only six monasteries are well-preserved, with four still inhabited; we will visit two of them. Afterwards, enjoy free time for lunch in the town of Kalambaka. On the return to Thessaloniki, make a final stop at the beautiful Valley of Tempi, at the chapel of Saint Paraskevi.
