Stunning Views at Mount Olympus National Park - The hike through Mount Olympus National Park was stunning and gorgeous. The guide we had was very knowledgeable, and the bus was super comfy. Since we went during the low season, the bus was not overcrowded, nor was the park. This activity is best done on a dry day, like we had, as rain would make the hike quite slippery. Though the tour took most of the day (around 10 hours), the trip was worth it.

Day Trip to Dion and Mount Olympus Park - I participated in a Day Trip to Dion and Mount Olympus Park, guided by Giorgos from GetYourGuide. His extensive knowledge of the natural environment of Olympus Park and the historical significance of Dion exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU, Giorgos. Jason D. Cole

Good mix of nature and culture - First a walk to the small waterfall and lake, then a visit to the neglected archaeological site Dion (parts were standing under water, paths were blocked off). But with Mount Olympus in the background. Optional, a visit to the museum of Dion, rather small and the annex with the large mosaic is often closed, and was on this occasion. Free admission to the Olympic mountain visitor centre with lots of good photos and stories. Lunch in Litchoro before driving back. Most places were basically empty in early March.

Easy walk trip - In morning the meeting point have lots of people, but well organised everything,, easy found the correct guide. We go to first with small van to agia kori where the waterfall and small church is very amazing middle of the forest. After we go to dion archeological site, free time and € 10 the ticket, but honestly nothing extra, not have to much ruins left. After we go to the information center from the olympos mountain. Have many pictures and descriptions from the history, but this also not to active program. After we go to Litochoro town where have a lunch, I not go, I choice to free time and go to entrace of the national park and see the edge of olympos why I come. If I have more time I go more up to the mountain. After all we go back to meeting point to Thessaloniki, I'm really surprise how fast end of the trip. First of all good trip see the mountain and easy walk in the forest, but someone want really active daytrip choice other.

Not worth wasting a day. - Possibly the most boring and stretched out tour of very little I’ve been on. The guide was late, didn’t offer us any free water we knew was available, never provided the wifi password. Was late every time we had a stop despite him being the one to set the times and was generally a sub par guide (or attendant). The tour itself could easily be around 7/8 hours but for some reason it’s stretched to 10. I wouldn’t recommend wasting a day. Dion is rather disappointing for a set of ruins and the hike (should be 1.5 hours) lasted around 15 mins of actual walk g, Mount Olympus visitors centre was ok and had toilets.
