Incredible History, passion and relaxing walking tour. An absolute must when travelling to Thessaloniki!!! - My partner and I had the pleasure of meeting George, who toured us as part of a group to Upper Town, Thessaloniki. George provided an excellent walking tour and showed incredible passion about the history of not only Thessaloniki, but Greece on a whole and several other countries, religions and culture, which all have crossed paths in their journeys. George is very accommodating, approachable, hilarious and full of wisdom. This was by far the best walking tour I have experienced in all my travels!! Thank you very much George, will be back again soon for another tour soon 😊

Great tour - Me and my baby daughter had the city center tour with Giorgos (george) with a stroller. The tour was really amazing and insightful. Giorgos is a fantastic guide. He is very knowledgeable and not afraid to discuss controversial subjects and answer tough questions from the crowd. Highly recommended.

10/10 - I did the tour of Ano Poli (Upper Town) with Giorgos and it was genuinely one of the best walking tours I’ve been on to date. Giorgos is a great storyteller and his passion and love for Thessaloniki comes through very clearly. The pace of the tour was good. It was neither too fast nor too slow and always full of interesting information and history. I highly recommend this tour and have already recommended it to other people I’ve met in my hostel.

Informative and slow paced tour - I really liked how informative George was even though his pace was a little slow. He really takes his time in explaining and answering questions. Recommendation if you're joining in summer: bring insect repellent as he stops a lot, and for quite some time at a certain spot so you might get attacked by mosquitoes.
