Great photos with needed improvement in communication - The experience and photography were great. She sent photos same day. The problems were responsiveness: to confirm the reservation location took several calls from our hotel, as the operator did not respond to Viator customer service and the number was busy and never got the 5 edited photos or video as advertised/no response to emails about these. Viator customer service was helpful. FYI, the location had a slightly different name (instead of a car rental, it was a bar). Overall, I am still glad I saved over doing a more costly and time consuming photo shoot and the most important parts were satisfactory.

Awful - I paid for a number of things but once we arrive they only wanted to give my finance just the dress and not do her photo shoot, digital photos, or anything else that came along with this excursion. On top of that, they charge me a 150 deposit just to use the dress. This was the worst experience of the entire vacation.
