The BEST Activity on Santorini! - We absolutely LOVED our Santorini wine tour!! Our tour guide was Davide, a sommelier from Italy; he shared history and information about Santorini and the terroir, about the local varietals and how the vines are grown and maintained -- all of which added to our understanding of the wines we were tasting. We visited three wineries, each unique in its own way. Each tasting was paired with charcuterie that also added to the experience. Davide covered everything from how to hold the wine glass to how to experience the wine. He was a terrific tour guide, and made our visit to Santorini very memorable -- even helping us out with photo locations (and taking photos!) The Santorini wine tour will appeal to wine novices and wine experts alike. If you like wine, either a lot or a little, this wine tour will be the highlight of your visit to Santorini. Santorini wine tour came to me as a recommendation from another couple. It was an excellent recommendation, and I'm here to pass it on. It is not to be missed!

Great wine tour in Santorini! - We have done a few of these before and thought it would be cool to do one while in Santorini. The van they take you in is nice, comfortable and has working AC which will come in handy on those hot days. The first two wineries we visited were not at all what I expected. From the you would likely not be able to even tell it was a winery. On the inside, still not much fancy there like you would expect BUT you do get to try around 5 different wines at each of the wineries. I think what made this tour was our tour guide Nikos. He was clearly knowledgeable about the wines and all the different processes. I learned alot from this actually not to mention I got to enjoy tasting a good variety of wines I had never tasted before. The people on our tour were good as well. Wide variety of people but after a few tastings we were all talking and having a good time together. Don't be afraid to go on one of these alone. The final winery we visited was amazing though. The establishment was above average and had an amazing view. It was very busy while we were there. I did feel a bit rushed to take in the final wines. It was getting harder to hear the explanation of each one because, as I said, it was very busy and loud. The little bits of tastings of food items that you do at each winery were tasty and for the most part ok however this was done over the dinner hours and I think many of us was expecting a bit more on the food side. That would be the only minor thing I would say to be aware of. You are getting your monies worth on the wine side because you are getting many tastes of $35-55 dollar bottles of wines. Very well done tour - This was a highlight of our trip to Greece. The group is an optimal size, the vineyards were fantastic, and the staff was amazing. Nikko was funny, knowledgeable, and really got our group to bond making for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend

Unforgettable Day in Santorini - We had a memorable day with Santorini Wine Adventure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about booking a wine tour on the island. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and booked the private tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the island and the wine making process/wines. We have a casual interest in wines and she kept things at an appropriate level to keep us engaged without overwhelming us with too much information (though she had a lot more knowledge to share for those who want to get more in depth. We also had a cooking class at the final winery as a part of our program. This was a lot of fun and the chef kept us engaged in the cooking process while teaching us how to make several dishes.
