Must do tour in Santorini! - Super friendly staff at the tour office. It was cheaper to book directly with them than the with the hotel or get your guide and much easier! Panos, the Captain was very friendly and the tour was great! I just wish we had more time swimming in the hot springs. Highly recommended.

Manos was amazing and... - Manos was amazing and showed us a great time, the hot spring was warmer than I had read. Thirasia is well worth the visit as well. My wife and I had lunch on Thirasia and it was quiet and much different from the bustle of Fira/Oia and a great spot for lunch

Amazing!! - Had an amazing experience on our boat tour! For the price it was absolutely amazing. We spent about 4 hours exploring the volcano, swimming in the hot springs etc. We got free wine and water which was lovely. The captain was excellent and included everyone on the tour. Overall recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!!

Go during the summer or spring, unless you enjoy cold swims - The water was too cold for the snorkelling which was expected since we visited in the off season during winter, the hot spring was connected directly to the ocean instead of a geothermal pool like we were expecting, we should’ve looked up what kind of spring it was so that’s our mistake, much warmer than the sea, but still too cold for us. The tour and cruise was very scenic though and we really enjoyed the volcanic island visit. All in all we enjoyed it, just wish we visited when it was warmer.

No Frills but Great Tour - Would rate 4.5 stars and only because our driver/guide did not provide us with any information about the volcano, Thirassia, or the hot springs. It would have been nice to hear a little bit about the places we visited. Otherwise, the boat was great but small, can comfortably fit about 20 passengers, any more than that and we’d be squished. I highly recommend doing the volcano hike but it’s a moderate difficulty due to the rocky and hilly terrain. The hike is not guided and you must pay the fee (6€) to enter. Stopping in Thirassia was a highlight. Absolutely amazing place to see. The hot springs are very cool though they’re more like warm springs (80°) and don’t wear any jewelry as it can tarnish. Would definitely recommend !

It was eh, maybe look into different ones - Overall, our experience was decent, but there are a few things worth mentioning. We were enticed by some enthusiastic men on the streets of Santorini offering boat tours, and we decided to book one from 9 AM to 2 PM for around $150 for three adults. The tour included stops at the volcano, hot springs, and a small island town, which felt more like a tourist trap designed to keep the local restaurants thriving. One of the first issues we encountered was being told to arrive early at 9:15, only to find out that the boat tour didn’t actually start until 10 AM. We were left sitting around waiting for nearly 45 minutes. To top it off, we had to pay for the cable car ride down to the port, which was not included in the ticket price—a small but important detail that wasn't communicated up front. As for the stops, I’d advise against swimming in the hot springs unless you’re prepared for the lingering smell of sulfur. Despite multiple showers, we couldn’t shake the odor. That said, it was still a unique experience. However, be aware that there’s a 5-euro fee per person to hike the volcano, which also wasn’t included in the ticket. The hike is tough, and they give you only 25 minutes to go up and back down, which feels rushed. You really need about 45 minutes to enjoy it properly and not be sore afterward. After the hot springs, we returned to the boat, which had a fun Pirates of the Caribbean vibe, with the captain hosing us down before heading to a smaller island. There, they recommended we eat at a specific restaurant called Captain John’s, which was decent, but I suspect the places further from where the boats dock were likely better. Another thing worth noting: the company didn’t mention that there would be children on the boat, which seemed a bit odd given the nature of the trip. It would have been nice to know beforehand. In hindsight, while the tour was okay, I think I would have preferred renting a private catamaran for the day. It would have been more relaxed, without the wait times and extra costs.
