Halong Bay - Upon arrival, guests will board a traditional junk boat and embark on a journey through this breathtaking bay, surrounded by thousands of magnificent islands rising from the sea, all while enjoying a delightful lunch. There is also an opportunity to stop and explore one of the many stunning grottoes.
The cruise will then continue to the southern part of the Bay, where visitors can admire the incredible landscapes of uniquely shaped islands, visit the vibrant floating village of local fishermen, and enjoy kayaking to explore more remote areas of the bay.
During this four-hour cruise, guests will have the chance to discover Dong Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Grotto), situated on a remote island in the bay. True to its name, the cave is adorned with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, with colored lights creating a fairytale-like palace. Dau Go Cave is also notable for its connection to Vietnam’s historical resistance against the Mongols in the 13th Century.
Halong – Yen Duc Village/Bac Ninh – Hanoi
Bac Ninh - After a 2.5-hour drive, visitors will reach Bac Ninh province, where the first stops are Dau Pagoda and But Thap Pagoda. Here, guests can learn about the history and architecture of these renowned pagodas. As the heart of the ancient Luy Lau Citadel dating back to the second century A.D., Dau Pagoda is considered the oldest religious structure and a foundational source of Buddhism in Vietnam, while But Thap Pagoda houses the magnificent statue of a thousand-handed and thousand-eyed Guanyin, a sculptural masterpiece of Vietnam.
Hanoi - In the printmaking village of Dong Ho in Hanoi, visitors can witness the high-quality and refined printing paintings that satisfy both domestic and international tourists, as well as observe the daily life of the locals. Guests can also purchase local printing paintings as souvenirs.
The tour continues with a visit to Dinh Bang Communal House and Do Temple, where visitors can enjoy the fresh air and serene scenery, followed by a traditional music show, Quan Ho, at Thuy Dinh (Quan Ho singing has recently been recognized as a World Cultural Heritage).
