• Heritage West Lake Project - Guests in the Halong Bay Area can be picked up. Please wait in the hotel lobby, where the driver will collect you and take you to the cruise.

The cruise departs from Tuan Chau Harbor. Guests can also arrive directly at the harbor. The meeting point is at Cafe Ong Bau Tuan Chau, located inside the harbor. The tour guide will meet you here and escort you to the cruise.
