As part of this class, you will learn to cook 2 Greek dishes or 1 dessert with most of the ingredients coming from our orchards such as aubergines, potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes, olives, and, of course, oil from our olive groves.
You will get hands-on training from our experienced local chef that will show you cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. You will learn to cook “gemista”, one of the most popular Greek dishes of most Greeks, “patatato”, the most favorite and delicious Amorgian dish, and many, many more.
Last but not least, you are going to taste what you have cooked on a terrace with a panoramic view. And of course, a surprise gift is waiting for you, a souvenir to take with you.
