We will depart from Thong Krut Pier on our boat. - Koh Tan - Koh Tan is little virgin Island South of Koh Samui. The island is accessible only by boat. The usual way to Ko Tan is from the fishing village Thong Krut on the south coast of Samui, which faces Koh Tan. It is possible to arrange individual day-trips to Koh Tan there. We are offering trips to the island everyday as a half day trip. The island has several beaches suitable for snorkeling. The island is surrounded by coral reefs which we can enjoy snorkeling from the Bay.
- Ko Mat Sum - Koh Matsum, is a small island next to Koh Tan on the south side of Koh Samui. Itâs a popular island among daytrippers for enjoying seeing freedom lovely Pigs on its white-sand beach, and it also offers great opportunities for snorkelling, kayaking, there is only one local restarant here.

Fun morning activity - This was very fun. As short or as long as you want to make it. The pigs are worth seeing. We enjoyed the long boat and snorkelling a lot too, we saw a ton of colourful fish

The luckiest pigs in the world - A great day with excellent service for pickup and return to our hotel.
As an older couple we enjoyed the luxury of having a boat to ourselves with a very accommodating and friendly skipper. Being landed so close to the beach on Koh Madsum (Pig Island) that we hardly got our feet wet was a bit of a highlight when we saw how far some people on bigger boats had to wade through the water.
The pigs and their interactions with the visitors was very entertaining while we enjoyed lunch and a beer or two. Surely these creatures must be the luckiest pigs in the world!
We skipped the snorkeling but there were plenty of fish where we stopped to observe others doing this activity from other boats nearby. Definitely recommend this excursion to anyone old or young.

Pig Island by Longtail boat…. The best way to travel 🤗 - Excellent communication with Mr Tony re organisation/timings etc.
Collected from hotel taken to a lovely new longtail boat., young Thai man took us to a beautiful snorkelling spot on the reef near Koh taen for however long we wanted then on to Pig Island.
Again we stayed as long as we wished ( about an hour) lovely experience… fairly busy but wonderful to see people happy and smiling… young and old…er xx🤗
We are a couple 59 & 61 with our 13 yr old grandson and it cost no more for a boat to ourselves than in a large group…..
Such a beautiful way to travel on the longtail boats…. Definitely recommend 🙏🏻🪷🇹🇭

Lovely trip out to Pig Island - Great little trip, the old boats were a lovely experience and the dad and son who took us really looked after us.
The journey over is beautiful and the snorkelling was great.
Pig island was full of pigs and dogs ( please feed both if there as the pigs get more attention)
It was lunch time so after the pigs greeted us they went off for a nap.
The island is Beautiful so take a walk along it.
Half day is enough but you can buy refreshments there and take lots of sunscreen

Great half-day trip, well worth it - Great trip. We didn’t fancy the idea of our family of 4 being crammed into a huge speedboat with dozens of other people, so the private longtail boat trip was the best option for us (and actually cheaper).
Comfortable boat, friendly pilot, good snorkelling, and a lovely visit to Pig Island. Because it was a private tour, we could stay or leave whenever we wanted. No lunch included, but there is a wee beach bar on Pig Island that you could buy whatever you wanted, which suited us (with fussy teenagers!).
One suggestion for others would be to bring beach shoes, as the beach and sea at Pig Island is a bit stoney.
The private transfer to and from our hotel in Chaweng took about 30 mins each way, and was a bit odd with 4 of us not in a taxi or anything, but a little Toyota Yaris with a lowered suspension and big wheels too big for the car (so it crunched every time we went over a bump), and a noisy blowing exhaust. All part of the fun !
All in a great trip, do it. We had a great day.

petting zoo - Everything worked out perfectly. Even individual requests were taken into account: we didn't want to snorkel, but wanted to go straight to Pig Island. Of course we weren't alone on the island - there were loads of tourists there:) I had imagined it to be a bit more "romantic", but it was definitely an unusual spectacle that you can tell people about when you get home.

Great boat trip - It was a great trip. First we were driven to a reef. It was mainly fish that were fed from the boat. Pig Island was great too. There was little going on here.

Nothing like Insta 🤣 - Ok saw the reviews tik too and insta and looked fab. Oh dear how different is the reality. Took local boat from Thong Krut pier paid 3200bht for 2 of us and had whole boat to ourselves. Bit more than I had seen offered. Can get organised tour with hotel pick up and lunch for 1500bht but you wait around for everyone. Went to snorkelling spot first. Water isn’t that clear compared to other places we have been, Caribbean or Egypt etc. not loads of fish species. Then to pig island bit of a run down place tbh. Few pigs lying around can’t blame them because of the heat. Came out when the food was being served. Sat around on loungers old wooden and some broke. Fortunately we didn’t have to wait around so after an hour we headed to our boat and back to shore. Most exciting part of trip. Sea seem calm but not in those boats lots of spray and bouncing up and down. Would not return and it is defo not like the photos and images x

Wasted time and money! - Pickup and transport were impeccable, precise and comfortable. Boat driver spoke poor English, so no guidance. The snorkeling experience was bad - everything was cloudy. Whether it was the snorkeling equipment or the conditions in the sea are uncertain. Pig Island was a tourist flop. Did not match advertising images, could not swim and felt dirty. The advantage was that we had a private tour and could leave after a short time. Have travelled on many snorkeling tours and other tours both in Thailand and elsewhere - and had great experiences, but this was a waste of time.
