Simply Outstanding - From being picked up to being dropped off, nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent and highly recommended. Drinks and sun protection was given along with a good knowledge of what we saw. They made sure we got back to the ship at the time we requested and went above and beyond to show us everything and more that we requested. Memories' are made of trips like this. Thank you.

Great time in Ba Na Hills - I would highly recommend Tommy’s services. We got picked up from the cruise port, and spent the day at Ba Na Hills. Cuong was our guide, and he was amazing. He took us through Ba Na Hills, helping us avoid all the crowded spots. He was also an amazing photographer. On the way back to the cruise port, we also stopped by for some local vietnamese food and coffee. We had a blast!

Ba Na Hills % Golden Bridge Excursion with Tommy Dao - This is by far one of the best tour we had during this NCL Jade Jan, 21 2020 curise to South -East Asia. Not only Tommy Dao provided a perfect English spoken tour guide and they prepared everything ahead of time so we do not have to wait for tickets and lunch is included in a top notch location at Ba Na Hill. They are on time to pick us up and bring us back to the ship on time also. It is hard to believe we can such a great tour within a day. Highly recommended for people travel to Vietnam and interested in visiting to Ba Na Hill Resort. This is by far one of the best places to visit in Vietnam. Five Star rating all the way

Brilliant tour with Hau - We took the shore excursion from Chan May port to BA Na Hills and the Golden Bridge. Hau was a fantastic guide and gave us alot of info about Vietnam. She was alot of fun and we had a great time. We didn't have to queue for anything as Hua had us all sorted. Would highly recommend Tommy Tours and in particular our guide Hau.

Could not have asked for a better experience - Tommy and his team are professional, knowable and only too happy to ensure our needs were met and exceeded! The private tour was amazing and His tour guide personable, had an exceptional understanding of English and excited to provide you with information. BaNa driver - We had a faultless day at BaNa hills. Tommy made sure that everything was covered for us. Being a family a 5 it’s always a struggle to get affordable tours but Tommy solved all our issues for us.

Golden bridge - The cable car experience and the views were very good. We didn’t realise that we were going to a theme park , which we probably would have chosen .
