We meet inside the Bonaventure Cemetery Tours® Gift Shop. The tour gathers at our location, not at the cemetery entrance. Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet your guide, who'll be wearing a 6th Sense World badge. Parking and private restrooms are available, and service animals only.

Enjoyable morning tour! - We went on a 10 am tour. It was great and Richard was very informative. We enjoyed the history and the stories. Would definitely recommend for anyone with an interest in cemeteries and history.

Well worth our time - This is the 2nd tour we have been on with Steven as our guide. Steven is very informative and a great storyteller. Plus, he has an easy sense of humor that he freely lets loose. We plan to come back to Bonaventure Cemetery in March or April when the azaleas will be in bloom. Overall, this was a great tour and well worth the time and the low cost.

Interesting tour and history. - A great walking tour full of histories, family stories and little details about symbols on the gravestones. Steve was a great tour guide! It was pretty toasty out so I'd wear loose clothing and bring a bottle of water if you go in the heat of summer. Mosquito spray.

When in Savannah, make sure to visit Bonaventure... - As a preacher's kid, cemeteries have always been a site of intrigue to me. Every time I am in a new town I like to visit the beautiful resting place of some infamous citizens. I love the history that comes from people of all walks of life coming together for their final rest. Bonaventure is my favorite cemetery to visit when I am in Savannah. Steven was an extremely knowledgeable guide for this tour through my favorite cemetery in Savannah. He took us through Cemetary 101, which was my first experience during a visit to Bonaventure. He took us to the usual stops but took time to add his spin to their life stories. I can't wait for my next visit to Bonaventure and another tour with Sixth Sense!

Great experience, beautiful grounds. - Steve our tour guide was super knowledgeable about the cemetery and its famous interred guests. There’s a great deal of history in Bonadventure and our tour guide was up to the task of providing as much as I could have expected.

Tour was okay. Would have been okay with self-guided. - The cemetery is beautiful. The tour was a tad long. Guide was amusing, but I would have been okay with a self guided tour. I will go on my own when I visit Savannah again.
