We learned a lot! - My older daughter is obsessed with wolves, so I had to take her to visit and learn about the wolves. She had a fantastic time. We sat and learned about the history of wolves in the US and repopulation efforts, we learned about the compare to other like animals, and how they live. The we got to see the wolves on site. One of them loved to howl, one was a little shy, and the others had their own personalities. It was very fun and educational and my girl can’t believe she saw real wolves. My younger daughter, who is not as into wolves as her sister also got excited to learn and loved the visit!

10/10 Fantatstic!!! - This was an absolutely fantastic experience! The area and sanctuary were gorgeous and the wolves were absolutely breathtaking! And majestic! The guide was so knowledgeable, and I feel like I learned so much! I can not overstate how amazing it was to learn about these creatures and then get to see them up close! So cool! Worth noting only the guides are able to touch the wolves, but just getting to see them up close was incredible!

Great and informative experience - We had a wonderful time at the sanctuary, meeting and learning about wolves. Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I was impressed with the passion of the volunteers in protecting and providing for the animals. Notes on what to expect: You meet your guide at a site just outside the sanctuary because the road up is gated. It is also quite bumpy and our rental would not do well on it so we rode up with the guide. Each animal is in its own enclosure and you do not interact with them at all. At the time we went, there were four wolves and we saw all four, though one we only caught a glimpse of. Nothing is guaranteed as of course, these are wild animals. We still had a great time but wanted to pass along some info as we had no idea what it would be like. Oh, and there is a bathroom on-site, which is always important to know!

Amazing adventure - Amazing adventure. My oldest daughter loves wolves so for her birthday we decided to check this place out. It was worth the money. We got to see all 4 wolves that are currently housed there. Staff were super friendly and answered all our questions. They gave a lot of information about wolves and how beneficial they are to the ecosystems.
