Greetings, I am Sergio. I welcome you to journey with me through a splendid, untouched wilderness, bustling with wildlife. You will be treated to picturesque and fascinating sceneries. You’ll get to traverse through secluded and peaceful waterways. Overall, we will journey through a total of 45 kilometers. Various restaurants offer stopovers for you to savor local cuisine, take a refreshing swim in the river or just sit and appreciate the diverse plant and animal life. I will enliven the journey with anecdotes of the locale and the life of its inhabitants. A fantastic way to experience, enjoy, and learn about the natural beauty, culture, and history of El Tigre! - My husband and I had a wonderful day with Lautoro! He was informative and enthusiastic as we took respite from a very warm day (96 degrees!) to explore quiet, shaded canals - enjoying the flora, fauna, and specifically - the birds, along the way! Our efforts were rewarded with 34 different bird species, multiple butterflies - and a bonus otter!
We also spent some time experiencing the bay's fine, silty mud as the low tide enabled us to get in the water up to our mid-calves/knees. All of this was capped off with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
The best part? Getting to know, and learn from, Laurtoro who generously shared with us the history, culture, and current events of El Tigre.
Getting to our pick up spot, from Buenas Aires via uber, was efficient and not too expensive.
We highly recommend taking a tour with Safari Nautico to round out your understanding of this beautiful part of the world!

Great small-boat Tigre Delta trip! - We wanted a day trip from Buenos Aires, but didn't want to spend the day In a large group on a fixed itinerary. Also very interested in birds and wildlife. So lucky we found this trip, just the four of us in a zodiac getting into the back water s of the delta where the big boats can't go. Had lunch at a very cool bar on the water, definitely off the beaten track. Our guide Etienne was fantastic, and knowledgeable as well. The trip felt like going out on the water with a friend. Just a perfect experience for us. Great day and highly recommend !!

Great adventure - I was in town for business and only had one afternoon of free time, and I sure am glad I chose this outing! Sergio and Sophia were so fun, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The scenery was beautiful. Sergio even took me for an impromptu waterski. I will always remember this wonderful adventure.

Must Experience Buenos Aires Destination - Hands down one of my best experiences in Buenos Aires. We took an adorable train from the city to travel to the Tigre area and were met by our guide Lautaro promptly at the set meeting time. Our 4+ hour ride through the delta including a thorough history of the region as well as amazing details about everything from flora to fauna to fish! Lautaro was so knowledgeable about the area, every question we had from ‘Why is this house here?’ to ‘What kind of flower is this?’ he was not only able to answer but was prepared with a set of books that had many photos to help elaborate on the rich bio system of the area. We stopped at one river house that had the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. I spent two weeks in Argentina and this was one of my favorite experiences from the trip! At the end he dropped us off at a massive market that sells everything from furniture to mate cups and I was able to find very reasonably priced souvenirs to take home with me. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Buenos Aires, it’s a fantastic day trip filled with amazing experiences.

Expert Tour! - We had the most lovely day with Lautaro, drifting through the magical delta of Tigre. I could not imagine someone more fit to give this tour, as Lautaro seemed to know every nook and cranny of the delta—from where certain birds nests were, to what kind of tree/flower/plant we were looking at, to where the water is shallow versus deep, to the entire multi-century history of the “river” (that we learned is actually an estuary). Plus, he is just an overall kind, genuine, and relaxed person to spend a day with. Highly recommend!

Lautaro was a perfect... - Lautaro was a perfect guide for our family! We had an amazing few hours exploring the Paranà Delta and learned all about the wildlife on and around it, and the people who make their home here. Lautaro adapted to what we were interested in the most and taught us about the river snail that my daughter was fascinated with. And he knew exactly the places to show us where bigger boats can't go and we could have our own special time as a family exploring. This day was one of the highlights of our time in Argentina.

Experience of a Lifetime - Lauti is a fabulous guide to a mystical place, the many canals off the river in Tigre. He is generous with his knowledge of these magical waters and congenial and fun to be with. An afternoon to remember! Experience it for yourself.

The best tiger delta excursion - Incredible experience with our guide Lautaro!! He took us to the best places in the delta, stopping to explain all this wonderful surroundings very well. I greatly exceed our expectations, we did not imagine it would be so amazing! 100% recommended

10/10 Tour of the Rio De La Plata - We were in Buenos Aires for a week and went out onto the Rio de la Plata with Lauti. It was a terrific trip! I love the nature and all of the beautiful sites. Lauti was an amazing guide and even took us to a very nice bar where I have the best Caipirinha I’ve ever had. He even brought nature books, so we could identify the birds and fish and flowers that we were seeing! He is really a pro! This was certainly the highlight of our trip and I would recommend this tour to anyone who is going to Argentina or would like to see the Rio de la Plata with an expert second generation tour guide. Fernando was also very nice. He is the owner and I always felt like he was a really good guy. We felt safe and never had any problems. If you want something, that’s a little more interesting than the giant boat tours and will take you places where the locals are. This is the tour for you.
