Visiting the Quilotoa Crater Lake in Ecuador is an experience not to be missed. It promises an incredible day of adventure as you wander around the stunning region of Andes. As you journey towards Quilotoa, you’ll witness the breathtaking Avenue of Volcanoes, including Cotopaxi. Our itinerary includes stops at a native indigenous market before ascending to Quilotoa, followed by a visit to the town of Tigua, famous for its distinguishing artform and crafted wooden masks, exhibiting native wildlife and folklore. You’ll get to catch a snap with a llama as well as traditional homes set in the Toachi Canyon. Upon reaching Quilotoa, you can relish the awe-inspiring views, hike down to the lake, paddle in a kayak, and ride a mule or horse uphill.
