Tikal emerged around the third century BC and reached its zenith in the ninth century AD, with a population of about 120,000 people.
The tour is designed to allow visitors to explore 70% of the city within 4 hours. Participants can walk along Mayan roads and nature-filled trails, offering opportunities to observe birds and monkeys leaping through the tree branches.
A hearty breakfast is recommended before the tour to ensure ample energy for climbing temples up to 70 meters high, which offer breathtaking views.
After the walk, enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the finest restaurants in the area.
Upon returning from Tikal, guests are dropped off at their hotel or the Mayan World Airport.
