• Kasbah of Tiout - From the top of the hill, Kasbah Tiout stands as a benevolent sentry on the beautiful Berber village of Tiout, just as famous as a great tourist attraction in the region. From the top of its natural promontory, the Kasbah stands out, offering a breathtaking view of the beautiful green oasis. The Tioute Palm Grove is a fairly famous spot in the region which was set in stone in cinema during the filming of “ Ali Baba and the 40 thieves “ in 1952, featuring the famous French actor Fernandel.

Local guides will be delighted to offer you a tour of this oasis. Still operational with agricultural techniques, it allows you to traverse through olive groves, an argan savannah, where the bean of the fruits is pressed to extract oil, as well as small plots occasionally shaded by some palm trees.
