Excellent cooking class! - For my last night in Albania I booked in for this class and I’m so glad that I did!! I had such a wonderful time and the food was delicious!! I enjoyed learning a brief history about the dishes we were making and their significance. The recipes were easy to follow and very clearly explained. Dervis was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the class, answering questions as needed and offering assistance throughout. The wine and appetisers also included were a nice surprise and absolutely delightful. I’ve done numerous cooking classes while travelling, in lots of different countries and this has been by far my favourite and most value for money. Would absolutely recommend for anyone travelling to Tirana.

Unexpected cooking fun - We had a super great cooking experience on a rainy evening at cooking school. The chef is very adept at introducing the participants to Albanian food culture in a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. In between there were delicious appetizers and raki, plus entertaining stories about Albanian culture and restaurant recommendations. We can recommend the cooking class without restriction!

Delicious Experience - Highly recommend if you're in Tirana! You will leave with a very full stomach and a happy heart. Dervis was so kind and helpful, along with everyone in the class. Eat a small lunch, because you'll want to save room for this experience.

Amazing culinary experience! - This was hands down the best experience in Tirana! We got to cook traditional Albanian food and had so much fun during the entire process. Dervis is a great teacher and shared many practical tips that I will be using from now on. The atmosphere was really cozy and it was interesting interacting with people from different cultures and sharing experiences. I highly recommend the class, you will have a blast!

A whole lot of fun and learning too - Such an exciting way to spend an evening and getting to taste so many authentic dishes! It surpassed my expectations and was fun to try some cooking, which I don’t do much for myself. If you have a free evening in Tirana, do this class!

Excellent class, wonderful instructor, and delicious Albanian food!! - We had such a great time, and learned a lot. Dervis is very patient, friendly, explains well and very passionate. Everything flowed well between making the food, taking breaks, snacking and drinking delicious Rakia, and eating the final product. Dervis created a very welcoming atmosphere, and we made memories for a lifetime.

1000% recommend - I got lucky and had a small class, which meant more chatting and learning about the others in my class, and Dervin, who is an amazing teacher. The food was amazing, and I truly enjoyed the process and care that went into it. I feel accomplished and yet I think anyone could do it. Cooking classes are such a unique way to experience local culture, and this place is set up to focus on just that, with a very professional and clean kitchen. I would for sure return. Tempted to book again tomorrow in fact 😂

Amazing experience - Dervis, the host of this cooking class is such a delightful person. He really took the time to make us feel comfortable and to get to know us a little bit before we started the cooking class. Besides the atmosphere, the food was just amazing. We made traditional burek from scratch and got some very tasteful snacks beforehand. After eating we had a long talk about all sorts of stuff. Honestly, if you’re staying in Tirana, add this place on your to-do list. We did it for our last night in Albania and I could not have imagined a better way to end this vacation. Thank you Dervis for being such a great host!

Must Try Experience in Tirana - We tried Dervis Cooking Class on the evening and had the most amazing experience. We were a group of 8 people and did 3 traditional Albanian dishes. Dervi was very patient with all of us and was very good at explaining all the steps. We tried the fresh jams and rakia all through the night. Must try experience if you are in Tirana.
