Berat Castle - The castle once housed over 40 churches, with 7 still standing today, including the Church of the Dormition of St Mary. This church was transformed into the Onufri Museum, celebrating the 16th-century Albanian master painter who adorned many orthodox churches in Albania and Greece.
Exercise caution while walking in the castle, as the stones may be slippery - Belsh - On the return journey, take a stroll in the city of Belsh. This charming small city is located next to Belshi Lake, offering a glimpse into the organization and lifestyle of small cities.

Great trip, highly recommend. - Fantastic day with Antonio, excellent communication & a perfectly paced day. Berat is an unmissable part of any stay in Albania and the journey from Tiraba is interesting scenically.

Enjoying berat - Nice place Nice guide.
Maybe a little more time to be able to.visit the museum
Antonio was nice and helpful
There were many choices of restaurants to have lunch in berat during our 2 hours free time.

Must See!! Berat Castle and community. - Had a great time visiting the lovely lakeside village of Belshi, the historic Berat Castle and the picturesque town of Berat. Our guide Kladji (Clyde) was very knowledgeable and organized, the tour van was comfortable and the drive through the countryside was absolute beautiful. I'd definitely recommend this trip and will like to go again in the future.

Totally worth it for a day trip! - This was a great trip! Our guide Clyde was a young man with lots of knowledge and super friendly! The tour was also very well organized with optimal breaks and travel time. We didn't feel like we traveled a lot, we had enough time to explore berat as well. All in all, great day trip!

Awesome Berat tour! - Awesome experience with Antonio! It was quite a long drive, but the Berat Castle is one historic spot that you shouldn't miss when going to Albania. Antonio was also pleasant in the whole trip. highly recommended for others who want a hassle free trip.

Nice little town - Berat is a nice little town to visit and the tour operator had planned it out very well. The Berat castle and the views were really great. The guide Klajdi did a good job of keeping us all engaged and a bit of humour too. I would recommend this tour.

Good tour - An enjoyable tour! I would have liked a bit more time at the castle, but I understand the challenge of balancing the schedule for those who chose to visit the castle museum and those who didn’t want to go round it. Other than that, it was excellent!

* reasonably long travel time (due to heavy traffic and the different pick-up locations in the center of Tirana)
* I personally would have preferred to spend a little more time in the city center of Berat ( - possibly less in the castle to compensate)

There were eight... - There were eight passengers on our tour. The bus had plenty of room. The driver was good and drove safely.
There was an unnecessary stop at a lake. It seemed like a smoking break. There was nothing to do there. We should have continued onto our ultimate destination, the town of Berat.
While the tour transported us to Berat castle and the town of Berat, the guide presented minimal history of either the castle or town. It seems like there was so much more that could have been said. Our time in town was only to find a restaurant to eat lunch. A tour of the town would have been nice.

Sadly missed - Unfortunately, we found the directions to start the trip unclear. We missed our pick up and were unable to enjoy the trip. We did not get any trip refund as the agent said it was our fault. The instructions were unclear between meeting point and pick up point. We waited over 1 hour and were very disappointed. The agent had sent detail, but because my phone could only use WiFi. When we were waiting we missed the final messages about trip.
