• Gjirokastra Bazaar - Gjirokastra is renowned in Albanian history for its culture, traditions, and excellent cuisine. It is the birthplace of Enver Hoxha, the former Communist dictator, and Ismail Kadare, Albania’s most famous writer and a multiple-time Nobel Prize in Literature nominee.

• Butrint National Park - Departing from Tirana at 06:00, we will head south to explore three UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Passing through Vlora, we will learn about the City of Independence. After crossing the Llogara Pass, we will enjoy breathtaking views of the Albanian Riviera and drive along the coastline. Our next destination is Saranda.

In Saranda, we will visit the Archaeological Park of Butrint, an ancient Greek and later Roman city and bishopric in Epirus, inhabited since prehistoric times. Located a few kilometers from the city, it stands as a living testament to antiquity. Butrint is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Albania’s most significant historical locations.
