Beautiful Day Trip to Budva and Kotor - Spent the day north from Tirana to the lovely little Adriatic Sea town of Budva. Enjoyed visiting the quaint old city and then having lunch overlooking the marina. Next, it was on to the charming UNESCO Heritage Site of Kotor. The old city is full of history and sits under the mountains with an ancient church built in the rocks of the mountain overlooking the town. Be prepared for traffic and tourists but still makes it worth the beauty of the landscape of the Alps on one side and the Adriatic on the other. Ask for Jules too-he is a delight! So full of knowledge regarding the history of the area and his own travels. Great day trip!

Not to be missed. Fantastic day! - If you get the chance to have Julian then you’re in for a treat! What a professional and knowledgeable man. I travelled solo and it was just the two of us. We spent 14 hours together and what a fantastic day I had! The trip was amazing. Julian made sure I got the best out of the time we had in the different places. Thank you for a day that I will remember. I have been travelling in Albania for 6 weeks and completed many tours. This was by far the best and massive thank you to Julian for making it so special :)

Day trip - It was a really long day, and the traffic was quite a headache, but our tour guide was excellent, giving us a lot of information and staying very organized.

Day trip to Montenegro - Stevi was a great guide he was able to share his knowledge of the different eras that affected the architecture and way of life of the people in Montenegro. The tour was well organised and we had enough time to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Budva and Kotor.

Day tour at Montenegro from Tirana - The tour was amazing. We started at 7am and finished at around 11pm. Our tour Leader Erik was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the trip because we were given enough time per destination. I will definitely recommend him.

Mesmerizing Montenegro - From the moment we set off from Tirana and set our foot into Montenegro the journey was filled with awe-inspiring sights. Our knowledgeable guide Stevi ensured we didn’t miss a single historical or cultural detail. The drive itself was scenic albeit long, with breathtaking views along the way, and we stopped at picturesque spots for photos. Budva charmed us with its medieval old town, narrow cobblestone streets, and vibrant atmosphere. We explored ancient churches, admired Venetian architecture, and savored local cuisine. The blend of history and modernity was captivating. Kotor, nestled between mountains and the Adriatic Sea, felt like it was out of some fantasy land. The UNESCO-listed old town, encircled by ancient walls, felt like stepping back in time. In summary, this tour was flawlessly executed, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a magical Montenegrin experience! Three cheers to Choose Balkans group.

Long! - This was by far the longest tour I have ever done! Be prepared!!! The tour started at 0700 and I didn't return home until 2235. The length of your tour depends on traffic so difficult to predict and is not the fault of the driver or anyone else. Montenegro is smaller than I expected, but overall the day was pleasant and the towns visited were nice to see and experience.

Montenegro Day Trip - The guide was fantastic and did everything she could to ensure our trip was enjoyable. However, this is a trip I would only recommend if you really REALLY wanted to see Montenegro (briefly). The traffic from Albania to Montenegro in summer is gridlocked for the vast majority of the day. We spent roughly 5/5.5 hours exploring Montenegro where the guide was able to explain lots about the history. The remaining 10 hours were travelling or sat in traffic. Again, no fault of the guide or company but it was a long day sat in the car.
