Great guide on a great day out - This is a really great day trip. The guide was fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat. The vehicle was comfortable and being in a small great was good as we were very well looked after. The guide met the pace of the group. It's a long day out, and absolutely worth it. Would highly recommend.

Unforgettable and quite superb! - Absolutely brilliant tour - Eno, our guide, added so much knowledge and personality the day flew by. Lots of fascinating insights to the culture and history of this beautiful part of the world. Combined with Eno’s professional driving skills it was an utterly unforgettable trip!

A must-do tour! - A fantastic day trip. Our lovely guide, Eno, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and generously modified our tour to take account of the very hot weather. The places we visited were very interesting and Eno was able to answer all our questions, giving us a great insight into the history and customs of his amazing country. Superb!

Great trip - Great trip and very informative. Our guide Orlanda was very knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun, and also learned lots of facts about Kosovo and Albania.

An unforgettable experience - Me and my sister were picked up by our lovely guide, Eno, at the time we have been provided. Prior to arriving Kosovo we had a stop at a service station that gave us the chance to admire the stunning mountains in the north of Albania. The best thing during the drive was that Eno really educated us on Albania and Kosovo and their wonderful history and culture. We learnt so much in such a short time that gave us a good background to really appreciate all the sites we visited. Eno was a fantastic guide, very friendly and charismatic. Thanks to him I think everyone on the tour was able to open up and connect, we even ended having lunch all together even though we were free to choose what to do in our free time. The ride back was fantastic full of jokes and laughter that created great memories for us.
If you end up having Eno as your guide, you have been blessed and will have a spectacular time.
This day is definitely is something me and my sister will always remember.

Well Worth the Effort - Several-hour drive to Kosova allows you to see some of the Albanian countryside. Kosovo itself is impressive and contradicts the images from its troubled history.
Our guide, Eno, was great - he was prompt, informative, entertaining and very chill.

Interesting - It is a good opportunity to see Kosovo and its 2 main cities. However, the journey on a bus that was full was very tiring and a bit difficult. Our guide was very nice and tried to give us all the information about the trip.

Friendly tour guide - Friendly and informative guide, interesting cities and nice views.
The bus was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was not working properly. Other than that the tour was OK

Poor vehicle condition. - This has the potential to be a perfect trip but there are issues! The tour started at 6.25am and not 7am as advertised. It is advertised as a 10 hour trip but did not arrive back to tirana until 9pm due to the mini bus overheating and breaking down. This should not happen with a well maintained road fit vehicle. While we were stopped had a look on the vehicle dashboard and had over 520,000 miles on the clock which is not encouraging. The very late arrival back to Tirana ruined our evening plans. If you had an evening flight booked you would gave missed your flight. Also is kosovo in Prishtina would organise a system with a local business to use as a bathroom / toilet facility as this was chaotic with everyone having to try and find a place and ultimately buy something in order to use a toilet which is not ideal. However, the guide was very good and her knowledge was wonderful and thoroughly interesting to talk and listen too. Just a few simple housekeeping issues to be addressed and this would be a perfect tour for the price. Asked for a partial refund due to the issues we encountered but this was rejected!
