Black Drin (Drini i Zi) - We will stop for a short time in Struga to admire the Black Drini River source.
From Tirana to Struga including border procedure it takes about 2,5 hours. - Ohrid - Continue along the shore of the lake further to Ohrid where we start with a walking tour of the old town. To be visited: the The workshop for handmade paper, Saint Sofia Basilica, The ancient theatre, Samuel Fortress and Saint Clement Basilica and the roman ruins. Walking around the hill where spectacular views of the lake will be mixed with the beauty of Kaneo church.

During our day-long excursion, we’ll explore the ancient town of Ohrid. This town, set by the lake sharing its name, is the largest settlement on the lake’s shoreline. Formerly known as Lychnidos, which may have meant ‘city of light’, this city holds much history.
A local tale once proclaimed that Ohrid possessed 365 churches, one for each day, leading it to be dubbed the ‘Jerusalem of the Balkans’. The town is adorned with captivating houses and monuments, contributing to a cosy ambience.
There’s much to see and discover in and around the Saint Naum Monastery, including its verdant surrounding park.
Once we return to Albania, we’ll find tranquility in the natural beauty of Tushemisht village and Drilon Park, our final stops for rejuvenation before we journey back to your accommodations.
