Very helpful introduction to Tirana and Albania - The free tours are now in many cities in Europe and this one is as good as any. It is excellent that there are so many times each day - I went on a 5pm tour which meant that I was able to set out the next morning knowing where to go and how to get around. The guide, Ray, was really excellent, good English and he had anecdotes about his and his family's experiences living in Albania which helped bring to life the history of the country.
I would recommend anyone would do this tour on arrival in the city to help decide whatever you want to see and do.

Amazing - A very interesting and informative tour. Our tour guide, Clint was an outstanding guide. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he spoke very clearly and made sure we were all comfortable despite the summer heat.

Wonderful insight into Albania - insight into the history of Albania while also showing us the main attractions in the central part of the city.
I loved the way that Rei was able to weave stories from his family history into what was happening in Albania at different periods.
Highly recommend this tour as an introduction to both Tirana and Albania!

All you need to know about Tirana in a pill - Great tour with tons of valuable information about the city and the country. The facts were combined with personal experiences of our tour guide and his friends and family. Klint was extremely passionate and you could tell he puts his heart and soul into his work.

Excellent guide shared history with passion - Klimt was a wonderful guide, one of the best we have had. His English was perfect, he showed his thorough knowledge of the history and development of his country and his passion and love for Albania was endearing. The tour was well planned so that by the time we returned to the beginning we had excellent groundwork for a return visit on our own to explore areas of specific interest. He balanced grim history with humour and we really learnt a lot through his interesting stories.

Educational, interesting and professional guiding in Tirana - Clint who was our guide was incredibly engaged and knowledgeable and made all of us who attended feel included. Facts were mixed with personal stories that created a very interesting and educational picture of Tirana, Albania's history and future. Everything was very professionally laid out and organized and all you had to do was show up on the steps in front of the opera house and everything was then resolved. Very popular as we became three groups that were guided in English at the same time as there were groups in Italian and Spanish. Really recommend starting a stay in the city with this tour.

Great intro to Tirana - Such a great tour. Lots of history, culture and personal reflections. A great way to get familiar with the city and our guide Eri was happy to amasser any questions, give topics and keep a smile on our faces
