- Shijak - We will have a short drive towards the hilly side of Western Albania and reach one of the best wineries in Albania. Located on the top of the hills, next to a lake with an astonishing view of Adriatic Sea, these vineyards offer one of the most unique landscapes of Albania. The influence of the sun and the Mediterranean Sea make this land a privileged place for the cultivation of grapes. We invite you to enjoy the sun and discover the special wines of this vineyard. The winery is located near the village of Shesh, where the well-known grape variety “Shesh” originates. This Albanian wine variety is known for the production of high-quality wines and their very special fragrance and flavour. Our experience includes a vineyards tour, wine production and preservation process and wine tasting. We will be able to also try some traditional Albanian appetizers while tasting these fine wine varieties.

Wine with a view. - The highlight of our trip! The beauty of the countryside, culture and history was highlighted by our very knowledgable guide, Sokol. Amazing wines, food, and hospitality. I would highly recommend this tour.

Lovely tour if you want a relaxing day! - We were picked up from our tour guide at our hotel in Tirana. We were the only ones on this wine tasting tour which made it a romantic private tour just for us. The tour guide was excellent and very informative about different Albanian grape varieties and wines produced by them. We also tried raki the typical Albanian drink offered to you everywhere you go in Albania, quite strong for my taste but great flavor. We also asked to be stoped to a restaurant for lunch and our tour guide made excellent choice to take us to agrotourism farm with great local foods. All in all a great experience and very well organized. Will love to go back and experience it again

Excellent day out - Four of us went for the tour and wine tasting, expected to be there a few hours and had made arrangements to move on. We had a very informative talk and tour, taken down to their lovely restaurant by the lake for the wine tasting, decided to stay and have lunch there but then ran out of time and had to leave but we had the chance to have a boat trip on the lake which was included in the price, so in hindsight a full day here would have been lovely. Excellent day and would definitely recommend to visit and have lunch.
