Go quickly before it's over! - An experience like no other. It is to happen a unique and inaccessible place, with a unique and... accessible citizen!! It’s a great opportunity to spend a few hours with Anton, to understand his nation and its people, to understand what it means to be a Prridnestrovian citizen in today’s world... it’s to travel back in time living in the 21st century, to travel in space thanks to your passport from your recognized country... to one that “doesn’t exist”, it’s to see the world roll in front of your eyes and witness current global phenomena. I advise you to book transport with Anton also because you have virtually guaranteed entry to the country, you will understand that not everyone can go to Pridnestrovie... Just say: go fast before it's over!!!

Transnistria exists! - What a unique experience to see such a fascinating place that is known as "Transnistria" or "Pridnestrovie" as the locals prefer to call it. It's a thrilling experience. Too bad I only had a day trip there. I should have spent the night there. It was great to meet Anton, he's such a good guy and he knows everything about the region. He's trustworthy and honest too. When you're with Anton, you should know that you are in good hands. I highly recommend having a tour with him, whether for 2.5 hours like I did or the full day. He's a great photographer too and his English is brilliant.

Friendly, safe, and unique experience unlike anywhere in the world - Anton was a friendly guide that gave me a personalized experience unlike any other tours that I've been on. Anton reached out to me proactively via WhatsApp before the trip to let me know how to prepare for the border crossing. After meeting in Tiraspol, he drove me in his own car and took me to all the popular sights in the city, including the House of Soviets, Suvorov Square, Presidential Palace, Lenin Statue, T-34 tank and Saint George Chapel, Monument to Aviators, and several several Soviet murals in town. He even took me to a local library and a place with a great view of the city. He was great at taking photos. We stopped multiple times to speak to the locals so better understand what people here think and live. Entire tour was almost 3 hours. I was the only person who booked on this day so I got VIP one-on-one treatment. Entire tour was highly engaging and I learned a lot. Definitely worth the price! Bring some cash to buy some souvenirs from him at the end of the trip as a way to tip him!

Make cognac not war! - Thanks to Anton I enjoyed the most incredible private tour of Pridnestrovie. His excellent communication & perfect English made booking & organising my last minute trip a breeze. Anton has exceptional knowledge of Pridnestrovie having lived there his whole life. He showed me many amazing sights, introduced me to lovely locals and shared my excitement of the season’s first snow. Pridnestrovie is one of the safest places I’ve been and everyone is so friendly & kind. There is much more Pridnestrovie to explore and I can’t wait to return. Anton exceeded my expectations by organising a driver to collect me from the Chisinau hotel, store my luggage then take me straight to the airport after Pridnestrovie. Highly recommend Anton as he will tailor a private tour to your specific requirements and ensure you have the best experience learning about the country that doesn’t exist.

Unique tour of an unusual place - Anton was very friendly and generous with this tour. He is very patient and gives plenty of freedom with the things you would like to see on this tour. Pick up and drop off in Chisnau was very smooth and the tour itself was super interesting. He is very thought provoking in the ideas he has about why this country exists and what it means to be a country. Would highly recommend this tour and to support those who like in Prednystrovie Thank you Anton for a truly memorable experience

When a dream from the past comes true in the present and becomes an unforgettable memory for the future - For several years it has been my personal wish to travel to Pridnestrovie and nothing better could have happened to me than to meet Anton and get to know "his" country and "his" city through him. Despite the limited time, he managed to give us unforgettable memories and organized everything perfectly. His friend picked us up from the airport and brought us back again. They both welcomed us very warmly and tried to share as much as possible about their lives and give us insights into relics from the past. All the people were really friendly and Anton's humor made us feel welcome and as if we had known each other for many years. We never felt uncomfortable, the places were impressive and nostalgic and we had so many great experiences and unfortunately time passed by too fast.

One day in Tiraspol - Anton brings people to know everyday life in Tiraspol. He does not treat his customers like tourists but involves them and builds the day with them and is available for any curiosity or need. Very reflective experience, it takes a few days to line up all the information and emotions felt. Definitely not the usual tour.

An (incredible) experience like no other - Anton delivers his "tours" as true to his own experience as a native Pridnestrovian to the extent that you feel like you're in his shoes. My tour with him couldn't be further from having a guide who wears a microphone headset and holds a stick to point at attractions: this isn't a place to make a cute photo album of your holiday pictures (and please don't be tempted trying). Yes, there are fascinating relics which represent the country's inception and its on-going history. Yes, there are babushkas filled to the brim with stories, and homemade cvas to drink with locals. In the two days I spent in Pridnestrovie, from Tiraspol to the Dniester's mouth into the Black Sea, would I have been able to navigate my way independently to experience these things? Perhaps, yes - but in the most surface-level and inane way possible.. Sure, if you want the 'facts' about the place just read a book! But with Anton's company, it felt as though I was in the minds of the many authors which make up the country: an ever-evolving and vivaciously complex place whose people are unique and brilliant. A lesson in the questioning of what makes up the idea of a citizen is one that will last with me until my return here. For the sake of mentioning it, Anton's considerate, witty, and intensely wise demeanour is one which you can't find every day. Thank you, and until next time.

Visit with a local! - As a traveller, I often enjoy the experience of not knowing and being surprised by the journey. Experiencing Pridnestrovie with Anton allowed me exactly that. From first contact to saying goodbye, the entire experience left me with a new understanding of a place I didn't know before. Anton was able to organise everything and I felt througout the visit that I was seeing an old friend. Sitting in the front seat and having a chat with Anton rather than being spoken to on a tour bus is the real highlight of this experience and I am comfortable in saying, makes it more valuable than others out there. Anton was able to organise a driver from Chisinau, he was incredibly friendly and even though there was a language barrier, I was able to feel the warmth of Pridnestrovie before I arrived. There wasn't necessarily a plan for the visit and I felt that Anton was able to adapt to what I was interested in which I found fantastic. All in all, booking my visit with Anton was a fantastic experience and I look forward to going back.
