You will be picked up by our professional driver for a short and pleasant drive towards Proietti Villa, your own private villa in Tivoli.
Here begins a culinary journey into the tradition of Roman cuisine!

The cooking class takes place in an easy- elegant environment, you will be guided from the welcome drink to the desert. A completely hands-on experience where you will learn the time-honored secrets of pasta making.
Let yourself be carried away as you learn how to cook the perfect Roman sauces with fresh local ingredients!

Enjoy the free-flowing wine and fruits of your labor before heading over to Villa D’Este, the UNESCO garden with more than 100 fountains to take the best pics of your trip!
Admire the streets, castle, and waterfalls of Tivoli before heading back to Rome.

An unforgettable experience - Chef Davide has created the most incredible experience. His friendly, funny, and relaxed style is only exceeded by his obvious knowledge and passion for food. I love the way that he weaves in his knowledge of the historic area of Tivoli into his family history, as he welcomes you into his beautiful home Using only locally sourced ingredients, he teaches you how to make pasta just like his Nonna and then treats you to a dégustation menu including your pasta, paired perfectly with local wines Thank you Chef Davide, this truly experience was a dream come true and I cannot recommend it enough

You MUST book this experience! - Absolutely amazing experience. My wife and I had a wonderful time learning from Chef Davide and Elena. It was a privilege to spend time in Chef Davide’s family villa of 40 years—we could tell how special it was to him. It truly has been the highlight of our trip. Delicious food and wine plus they took us around Tivoli and we toured Villa d’Este, with rich history and stunning gardens. Highly recommend this experience, make sure you book it!!

Highlight of Honeymoon - We booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, expecting a fun cooking class, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. This experience became a true highlight of our honeymoon. We were promptly picked up and whisked off to Tivoli, where we met Davide and headed to the villa to start our class. The ambiance was already enchanting, and Davide and Elena guided us through each dish, expertly explaining wine pairings. It was hands-on yet relaxing, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. After the cooking class, we visited the beautiful Villa D'Este. The entire day was so wonderful that it brought tears to our eyes when it ended. It truly was an unforgettable experience.

Girls trip to Rome outing - My daughter and I were in Rome for a few days before a cruise and took this trip. I booked it for a cooking class based on the positive reviews and we loved it! We met a great group of ladies who were all going on the cruise and we had a blast. The food, lesson, and wine were fantastic in addition to the hosts. We also took a little car to go see some beautiful fountains and grounds. We didn’t know about the fountain portion so it was a very nice surprise. This was a great experience for us, thank you so much Chef Davide and family!!

Fantastic fun! - Entertaining and educational. We made two kinds of pasta and many friends. Chef Davide and Elena were super hosts in their rustic country home. Afterwords, we toured Villa d’Este on self guided tour. It was splendid!

A truly authentic experience! - Wow! We truly enjoyed this authentic experience with our girls. Chef Davide and Elena were a great duo from start to finish! It was so fun learning how to make pasta and sauce as well as, ravioli and filling, while also trying bites from various regions. I generally eat a lot of bland foods, but they awakened my sense of taste and smell with aromatic oil and fresh spices picked right there at the villa, and now I want to explore more foods like these! This was the last of our experiences while in Rome and it was one of the best experiences for our family!

Highly recommend! - Our day with Chef Davide was spectacular! The transportation was timely and comfortable. The location was welcoming and beautiful. The lessons were informative and entertaining. And the food was perfection! Davide really knows what he’s talking about! He understands food science and makes it simple for novices (like my family). We have four kids ages 7 - 20 and all four said this was their favorite day in Rome during the week they spent there. After our time together, Davide took us to Villa D’Este. It was a beautiful estate to walk around after all of the food we ate. This was a day that engaged all of our senses - and every moment was a treat!

A memorable cooking journey in Tivoli. - Wonderful and unique experience in the home of Chef David and Elena. After a warm welcome, the cooking tour of regional Italian food and wine began. They provided insightful and easy to understand background information on the dishes and beverages with a smile. They were attentive, and the cooking experience was good for people of all skill levels. They provide very high quality, fresh ingredients, and the result was an enjoyable afternoon and meal. Tivoli is also a very beautiful town worth a visit. We recommend this experience highly.

A MUST do! - By far the BEST experience! A MUST do! Davide and his family are beyond kind and generous. The food and wine were plenty! Lucy and Ro were also amazing! This is a once in a life time tour!
