A full day experience with your private Chef in Tivoli, immersed in the luxurious villas and food of the Roman Emperors.

You will be picked up by our professional driver for a short and pleasant drive towards Proietti Villa, your own private villa in Tivoli.
Here begins a culinary journey into the tradition of Roman cuisine!

The cooking class takes place in an easy- elegant environment, you will be guided from the welcome drink to the desert. A completely hands-on experience where you will learn the time-honored secrets of pasta making.
Let yourself be carried away as you learn how to cook the perfect Roman sauces with fresh local ingredients!

Enjoy the free-flowing wine and fruits of your labor before heading over to Villa D’Este, the UNESCO garden with more than 100 fountains to take the best pics of your trip!
Admire the streets, castle, and waterfalls of Tivoli before heading back to Rome.

It was a perfect day - We had a great experience at Holy pizza! We made great food with the instruction of Chef David & his beautiful assistant. We loved our time with everyone. It was truly amazing!!

Highlight of our trip to Italy! Highly recommend! - This was an amazing part of our trip to Italy. Don't hesitate, book this for quite a treat. Communication ahead of time and afterwards was excellent. The professional driver was on time, and drove us straight to the Chef's villa in Tivoli. David met us, and warmly welcomed us and another couple with wine and information on the area. David was an excellent host, teaching us skills for making wonderful pasta. He was so informative and patient. We loved wandering around his yard and picking herbs to use, and David explained how to pick and use them in the dish. My husband is a beginner cook and he loved the experience too. Once we ate the beautiful and delicious lunch, David drove us to Villa D'Este. It is not to be missed. Over 200 water fountains, it was gorgeous walking around the outside as well as the estate. The driver picked us up at the appointed time and drove us back to our Rome hotel. We planned this for the last day of our trip and it was truly the finale. I can't recommend enough!

Amazing experience!! - This was such a fun day trip! Davide & Elena are amazing hosts and the food we cooked was outstanding! Definitely recommending this trip to any and all friends coming to Rome :)

Relaxing Day with Chef Davide - Chef Davide is not only an accomplished chef, but a gracious host, and full of cultural insight. This by far has been one of our highlights of our trip to Italia and is sure to be for you as well. From the authentic food preparation, to the romance of the local wine and history, along with his beautiful home- you will be pleased you scheduled this tour!

Quaint, relaxing & soooo much fun!!! - Davide is a warm, fun and entertaining man! It was lovely to spend some time in his very quaint home and just relax, with nice food! A far cry from the hustle and bustle of Rome and well worth the visit. It could t have been nicer! Many thanks Davide!

Authentic, Fun and Delicious cooking - What a wonderful experience! My family and I (three generations) recently visited Chef Davide’s lovely home to take a cooking class. Davide and his brothers were so friendly and welcoming and the entire experience was as authentic as it comes. The class was so fun and enjoyable for all and super tasty too! He is such a professional and was very accommodating to meet our various dietary needs. We can’t wait to try and recreate some of the scrumptious dishes we made once we get home. This personal experience was amazing memories for my family.

An unforgettable experience - Chef Davide has created the most incredible experience. His friendly, funny, and relaxed style is only exceeded by his obvious knowledge and passion for food. I love the way that he weaves in his knowledge of the historic area of Tivoli into his family history, as he welcomes you into his beautiful home Using only locally sourced ingredients, he teaches you how to make pasta just like his Nonna and then treats you to a dégustation menu including your pasta, paired perfectly with local wines Thank you Chef Davide, this truly experience was a dream come true and I cannot recommend it enough

You MUST book this experience! - Absolutely amazing experience. My wife and I had a wonderful time learning from Chef Davide and Elena. It was a privilege to spend time in Chef Davide’s family villa of 40 years—we could tell how special it was to him. It truly has been the highlight of our trip. Delicious food and wine plus they took us around Tivoli and we toured Villa d’Este, with rich history and stunning gardens. Highly recommend this experience, make sure you book it!!

Highlight of Honeymoon - We booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, expecting a fun cooking class, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. This experience became a true highlight of our honeymoon. We were promptly picked up and whisked off to Tivoli, where we met Davide and headed to the villa to start our class. The ambiance was already enchanting, and Davide and Elena guided us through each dish, expertly explaining wine pairings. It was hands-on yet relaxing, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. After the cooking class, we visited the beautiful Villa D'Este. The entire day was so wonderful that it brought tears to our eyes when it ended. It truly was an unforgettable experience.
