Recommended to join this tour. - Joined the tour on 13 Nov. Our guide was very informative and she shared alot of history of the King and place with us which makes the tour more engaging. She was very proactive in offering to help us take pictures. She also gave us some toilet break in between the tour. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour. Recommended.

Unforgettable morning at Suwon Fortress - Starting from the pickup point, Mr Leo was sending messages to help us get to the meeting point without hassle. Mr Leo and the van driver were very professional and thought us all the history behind the fortress construction and the emperor who built it (Now an UNESCO heritage site). After 40+ minutes drive we arrived to the location, and I’ll need to add that Mr Leo knew all the best spots to take great pictures and would always offer to take ours. Overall very helpful, thoughtful and flexible. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul.

Suwon Fortress - We REALLY loved this tour! We were only a family of three. We really liked the individual family attention that our guide provided us. We were the only ones in our group which made it very easy to ask as many questions as possible. Fun Time à

Excellent Day Tour of Suwon and Jeonju! - I was visiting Korea with my mum for her 60th Birthday, and most of our itinerary for the week comprised of day tours around Seoul and neighboring cities. This was by far our best tour, made possible by our guide, Gabriela. She was our most knowledgeable and welcoming docent, and we enjoyed the Suwon half-day tour so much that we booked a second full-day tour right then and there for the following day to Jeonju. We requested Gabriela once again and we were not disappointed by the company and her tour. Some highlights: - Very punctual, attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable English-speaking guide - Tour had a good balance between sightseeing and historical information - Beautiful views and scenery within the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, similar for next-day Jeonju Tour - Adaptive and understanding (My mum needed some rest breaks during the walk which was perfectly alright with our guide) - Excellent food selection if your tour includes a meal - Hotel pick-up and drop-off Overall, I'd recommend this company and our guide to anyone who wants a richer experience when visiting a new and foreign place in Korea. This tour took a lot of my mum's stress away since we knew we were in capable hands when visiting a new city. The company offers a variety of short day tours and longer multiple day visits to different locations, and we'll surely include another tour from Gabriela and "I love Seoul Tours" during our next trip to Korea.

Terrific tour and guide, Yura - We had a wonderful 1/2 day tour of Suwon Fortress with Yura. It was just the 2 of us. Yura was very engaging and gave us a lot of information during the tour as well as some general information on Korea during the 40 minute ride there. Logistics were perfect. No delays in waiting to see the performance at the end of our visit.

Interesting day trip - We were highly motivated to visit Hwaseong fortress as we are K drama fans and enjoy the Korean history aspect of tours. We were picked up on time in a nice comfortable van. Traffic to Suwon was as predicted, needing an hour plus to get there. We proceeded with the tour and found it interesting. A suggestion is to suggest that guests bring water. We did bring bottled water and quickly drank it all. We needed another store to buy water, but none available or offered . Another suggestion is to offer a restroom break. At 3 hours into the tour I asked for a restroom break. No public restroom was available nearby so the guide took us into a tea shop and asked if we could use the restroom. To be courteous we bought iced drinks from this store. We were very thirsty by this time. Driver was great. Sam the guide was courteous except when starting the tour he shared his age and asked us our age. We just said we were older than he was like a “Noona” or older sister. He said we were more like grandmothers. (We were 10 years older than Sam), not old enough to b his grandmother. We felt this was not respectful. This was a short quick 4 hour tour, we took it as the 8 hour tours were unavailable. In summary we learned and saw what we were hoping the tour would cover.
