Highlight of my visit to Kyrgyzstan - This was such an amazing tour! I had a 2 night layover in Bishkek and chose to go on this tour for the one full day I had. I'm so glad I did because it was the highlight of my time here. We started off the day visiting Burana tower where my guide, Boca, walked me through the history and significance of the landmark. Afterwards, we drove into the mountains for lunch and the horseback ride. Lunch was at a local guesthouse in the valley and the food was so delicious. They had an assortment of bread, handmade strawberry jam, and a medley of vegetables to start. I was actually quite surprised at how fresh everything tasted as I went during winter. The rest of the meal was equally as enjoyable featuring homemade soup and a chicken and mashed potato dish. Horseback riding was of course the star of the tour and we rode into the mountains. Since it had been snowing earlier the trek up the mountain was stunning. Undisturbed snow flanked by the most amazing view of the mountain valley made the whole scene look like it was out of a movie. Words can't really do it justice but trust me it was beautiful. Aside from the attractions itself my tour guide, Boca, was wonderful. He is fluent in English and so friendly. The journey to the valley where we rode the horses was about 2 hours by car but chatting with him made the time fly by. In addition he was so attentive and always checking in on me to see if there was anything I needed. Overall this tour is absolutely the best and I would highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Bishkek. A quick note is that since I went in the winter, the valley won't look quite like some of the photos on their website but I think it is equally as gorgeous and there's a lot fewer people as well.

Excellent - I had a wonderful time with Bek (tour guide) and Adiyat & Rahim (Driver) in Bishkek. They were more than just tour guides and driver, they were friends! And my favourite )). They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professionals. They made the tour fun and engaging, with stories and jokes along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience in Bishkek. Thank you Bek, Adiat and Rahim for making my trip unforgettable!

Fun day on horseback! - Both the ride and the scenery were spectacular. Lunch at the guest lodge was delicious! Our guide did an awesome job and was personable and easy to talk with. We also enjoyed our visit to the Burana Tower and learning about some of the history of this beautiful country. My only disappointment was that due to the heavy rains, we stayed on level ground rather than climbing up to see the views. Overall, a fantastic day!

Great mix of history and horseriding - This was the second trip we booked with Ventura Tours as we were so impressed with our first experience with them. Once again, the communication with Ash via WhatsApp was excellent and we managed to book the trip only the evening before. We were really pleased that our guide was Nuriza again. She taught us a lot about the history of the Burana Tower and was really fun to spend the day with. The horses were lovely and it was great to be accompanied up the paths by the dogs (including a very cute puppy) from the guesthouse. The views on the horse ride were beautiful and the lunch at Kemin guesthouse was delicious. We have already told our friends and family about Ventura Tours and would highly recommend this trip!

Beautiful horse riding experience - He had a beautiful day trip with our guide Nuriza. Our first stop was at the burana tower, where we learned about the ancient city of Balasagun. But the highlight of the day of course was the trip to chon kemin valley. It was our first time on a horse back, but everything went fine. The horses were very calm and nice and we had a great und fun time.. The picture of this tour is a bit misleading, because the tour lead us along a gravel road up to a panaroma point above the valley. We did not crossed any green meadows, but we crossed a few rivers and had a lot of fun with the horses. Our guide Nuriza was a very nice and kind person. Her english was good (which is sometimes hard to find in kyrgystan) and she told us many interesting things about kyrgysian culture and tradition.

Best Trip Ever! - Our tour guide Mr Ash made sure he gave us the best customized itinerary, He was superb and made us feel so comfortable and was ready whenever we needed any help! He had so much knowledge about every single detail of everything. Will remember this trip for a life time!

Magical day out - This was the second day tour we did with Ash and it was a great experience overall. We started the day off with a visit to Burana Tower, where we learnt a lot about the history of the place. We then went to the coziest guest house in Chon Kemin for lunch, and had an amazing horse riding experience there as well. The horses are very well trained and beginners will have no trouble riding them at all. The guest house’s dog followed us along the journey as well and was super cute! Views from the top of the hill was great too. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Wonderful experience with a great guide - Ventura was recommended by a colleague at work who recently availed their tour service. I’m glad we followed the recommendation as Ash is an amazing guide. It was just me and my friend and was our first time to experience snow. He made sure we experience the best of the tours we booked at the same checking on us that we haven’t frozen to death yet 😂 Overall, it was a great experience and hope to come back during spring season.

Amazing tour, worth every penny, best tour guide I've ever had - Absolutely amazing experience, amazing communication throughout. We booked it and immediately received a message from Ash who is the founder of the tour agency. In the morning our guide and driver were on time. The tour was incredible, the horseback riding was so fun, the food was amazing and the tower was a sight to see and it was worth every penny, What elevated the experience even more was our guide Boka. He was outstanding and honestly the best guide I ever had, I have been to 31 countries and almost on 100 tours and this is the best experience i have ever had. I usually do not leave reviews but I had to leave one as it was a very fun and amazing experience and I 100% recommend anyone to go with this. Our driver was amazing, Boka was the best tour guide and Ash had solid communication. Overall a very good experience

Great experience for first-time riders - We were picked up by a very friendly and competent guide. The drive to Chon Kemin was very pleasant. The lunch and tea time was great, especially the atmosphere with the beautiful landscape through the windows. The horses were very well behaved. Even as first-time horse riders we had no problem, even going a bit fast at times was no problem. The landscape that we saw was great. In the end we would have loved to spend more time with the horses, but we also understand that there was a schedule.
