Burana Tower - In the morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel to begin your exciting tour. We’ll head towards Burana Tower in the small town of Tokmok, 80km from Bishkek. Your guide will show you the mausoleums and other structures unearthed by archaeologists during excavations. You’ll have the chance to climb to the top of the ancient tower, offering a beautiful view of the Chui valley and the Tien-Shan mountains. Visit the small museum showcasing various archaeological artifacts, as well as an open-air museum featuring ancient gravestones, rock drawings, and other fascinating historical objects found in our country.

Boom Gorge - The Boom Gorge connects the Chui valley and Song Kol lake. The Chu River, one of the largest rivers of Tien-Shan, flows through this large and picturesque gorge. Orto-Tokoy Water Reservoir - Orto Tokoy reservoir is another scenic spot where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the first built reservoir, surrounded by the great dry mountains of the Naryn region. This is the only place in Kyrgyzstan where you can see camels due to the weather conditions.

Here, you can see peacefully grazing mountain yaks, majestic animals that amaze with their power. The vast meadows of the pass are home to mountain edelweiss, beautiful flowers that have become a symbol of the mountains, inspiring lyrical works. From the highest point, you can see the surrounding mountain peaks and the valley where the ascent began, offering a breathtaking view of the journey’s scale. The road then leads to a descent, and hiking down is much quicker. Soon, we’ll reach Song-Kul Lake. The journey through the Kalmak-Ashuu Pass is an exciting adventure.
