We enjoyed our stay in Japan & Tokyo. - We were delighted with our guide Yu she gave us a good orientation of central Tokyo addressing some of our interests. Also familiarising us on how to use Tokyo’s train network. Yu was very knowledgeable with excellent English we would highly recommend her.

Fantastic tour with Maika - We had an excellent tour with Maika who took us to a quieter neighbourhood on our request to see various historical places with a stop for local food. We probably learned more about Japan in the four hours we were with her than we will the rest of our trip alone. Highly recommended!

Great day, excellent noodles😊 - We had a wonderful time! Our guide Mao spoke english well and attempted to teach us the art of booking train tickets and how to get from A to B. He also took us to the meji shrine and the sensoj temple and pointed us in the right direction for shopping.He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional and found us the best noodles ive ever had for lunch.:-) Thank you!

Personal tour that saves time and makes sure you get shown the Tokyo you want to see. - We booked a 6 hour tour and this was a great way to see the Tokyo you want to see. Our guide was Maiko and she was excellent. Just to navigate the Tokyo train system with a local saves a lot of time. We found Maiko very responsive to what we wanted to do. Fish market, Ueno, Shabuya crossing, Ginza and Akihabara. Well worth it.

Tokyo walking visit with a pro - I had a lots of memories part of my walking day. Firstly my Guide amazing, very knowledgeable, he took to most of the places to see in Tokyo, he also make sure if I wanted to do or visit something in particular to make it happen. I absolutely had a fantastic day

Fantastic family tour - We had a fantastic day out exploring different parts of Tokyo, thanks to Hyuga! We booked very last minute, but Hyuga messaged me immediately to ask about our interests and what we wanted to see. He put together a great itinerary for us to see parts of Tokyo we had not been to yet, including a delicious ramen restaurant that had options for vegetarians. He was very patient with our questions and very kind to our teens as well, pointing out things they would like and explaining everything along the way - and also taking many photos which he sent us after, along with recommendations for other places we might enjoy during our trip. He also spent extra time with us to help get our Shinkansen tickets, which we really appreciated. Arigato, Hyuga! Wishing you all the best!

Tokyo in a day with Taka - We had a great all day walking tour of Tokyo with Taka. We saw everything we wanted to see in the city and more. He showed us how to use the public transportation system in Tokyo and took us places we never would have found or visited. We loved learning about life in Japan today. He took us for an omakase sushi lunch at a local restaurant for an amazing meal. We sampled other local specialities during our tour. It was a fabulous day and wonderful tour guide!!

Awesome guide and awesome itinerary. - My objective of this tour was to get to know Tokyo and the Japanese culture not just hit tourist places for photos. Maika was my guide, and while the itinerary was excellent and fun and provided many photos, the most memorable portion was Maika herself! She contacted me on Whats app. She asked where I wanted to visit. I did some research and gave her 5 places, but I also gave her flexibility to add or subtract to itinerary. I wanted to meet at 4pm for 4 hours. She accommodated my schedule. Turns out this slot was much less busy time to tour all the places, so we didn't have to fight suffocating crowds of tourists. It also showed the nightlife side of Tokyo. Maika is a native Japanese guide. Her English has almost no accent. She was very amiable. She is very knowledgeable about the places we visited Senso ji, Electric town, Godzilla head, Shinjuku, Shubuya scramble crossing. I asked for places to dine afterwards, and she gave me a place that locals go not a tourist trap. It was delicious! Big plus is that being a guide supports her other passion of being a film actress! If you are fortunate to get Maika, you will get contact information from her. Look her up, and she has posted a film short displaying her excellent acting talent! Her acting skills and being born and raised in Japan and being an actual Japanese citizen not just a foreigner who is picking up a side job to give a sloppy tour make for a wonderful tour. She also pointed out Instagram pic ops and took photos for me. I will have fond memories of Tokyo because of Maika.

Odaiba trip - Beautiful view at night . The guide was very personable and friendly. He lived in the area at one point so knew the spots that matter the most

I had issues with one of... - I had issues with one of the guides that cancelled last minute and their customer service immediately jumped to save the day and gave me a tour on another day. It was a quick tour and my guide Fares was excellent. 4 stars overall for the tour but 5 stars for exceptional and above and beyond customer service. They really care about each customer!
