Great private walking tour in Tokyo - Kenta was an amazing tour guide. He met us early at our hotel, helped us navigate Shinjuku station (which is not easy), then guided us to Meiji Shrine. We walked the grounds, explained the history and protocols, then helped us write our wish on an Ema, a small wooden plaque, and hang it at the shrine to be received by the kami. Later we went to Shibuya Crossing and experienced the public crossing. Was a great time and would do it again. He was very kind and patient with all our requests and questions about Japanese life and culture. Thanks Kenta.

Off to a great start with Karl! - Karl was an excellent guide on our 8-hour whirlwind tour of Tokyo. He was communicative prior to our trip, working with us to come up with the perfect itinerary, which included specific requests. He maximized our time by planning an efficient route across the city, making sure we saw the things on our list and much more. He met us at our hotel and started off right away with educating us on the history of the area before we hopped on the subway. It was so great to have someone guide us through our first (of many) subway rides. We used this knowledge as we furthered our travels throughout the country. We even went to a site he'd never been to and he got us there with ease. Karl used his experience as a photographer to make sure we got some great photos, which we truly appreciate. The photo he took of us remains our favorite from the whole trip. Karl also helped recommend an over-the-counter heat/cooling patch for my knees. I ended up buying more throughout our trip and they were a life saver on my sore feet! Karl navigated us to our spots at the right times to avoid large crowds and created an energetic atmosphere. He helped us find special spots for pictures and we even made a stop for paper, as I am a crafter. I wish I bought more!! This customized tour was totally worth the price. Cruise excursions came nowhere near the value of this tour and I'd highly recommend working with this group if you want a customized tour.

Private Walking Tour - Roccio was absolutely wonderful as our tour guide. She took us to so many great places and was so knowledgeable. She even went over the tour time to fit in everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend!!

Introductory tour to Shinjuku - Very helpful guide. Made meeting up much easier than usual. Tailored the tour to our needs. Gave good advice on shopping areas to my nieces. Helped me purchase bullet train tickets to Osaka. Very informative on the sites we saw.

Great experience. Cyril... - Great experience. Cyril was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the tour was complete and we went our separate ways, he still assisted us when I sent him a message asking about which subway to take to get to my next experience. Thanks to Cyril we all had a great time and learned a lot. Would definitely recommend doing this tour.

Nice tour if you have limited time - Great way for a visit with limited time. Our guide Eduardo was very knowledgeable and informative and presented detailed cultural background based on his own experience.

Customized tour, great guide - Our tour with Francine was amazing! We started at the Sensoji-temple, got a fortune-paper and took great photos. Because we are Animé-Fans, Francine customized our tour and took us to great places and stores, away from the usual tourist routes. We had a great time and were lucky we had such a lovely guide! I definitely recommend the tour!

Unforgettable thanks to Nadia, great guide:-) - We would like to express our complete satisfaction following the private discovery of Tokyo with Nadia on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. We were delighted to meet a very attentive young woman, of great competence and who has perfect command of French. His very specific comments and wise advice were very valuable. The choice of sites visited very judicious considering the time available to us: from 9am to 5pm. We also appreciated his great availability and extreme kindness. Notice guided tour 6h - Although we appreciated the tours and the kindness of the guide, we feel that for the price paid for 6 hours, we should have had a professional guide with a better knowledge of the country, its customs allowing us to learn more.

While I received a survey... - While I received a survey about what I would want for the tour none of that was passed on to the guide. I spent time listing all the sites we would cover with the tour we would begin in a few days and none of this was shared. Thus nothing was prepared and we were asked what we should do. Since we had arrived in Tokyo late the ever before we had no clue. It became a hit or miss three hours
