The best ZEI ever - THE tour was really great and we had so much fun with our super cool and friendly guide, ZEI . She speaks fluent english and knows things regarding japan and tokyo... She was very knowledgeable and very considerate too!! She lets us choose the places and brought us to authentic places where foreigners dont usually visit... Very satisfying and worth it!! Will definitely comment her... She is also fun to be with and takes good care of us... Till next time zei...

Great experience for our first guided tour of Tokyo - After a rough start, Adi provided us with a great experience. We waited for the driver for 25 minutes and there was an incorrect phone # listed for Kyoto Horizon Tours. After getting the right phone number, I was told my WhatsApp wasn't working. Our feedback is that the intake form a. informs us of being contacted by WhatApp and b. allows for a secondary number to be contacted (when possible). Our guide was personable, and knowledgeable providing helpful info of Japan and the main areas of Tokyo (Shinbura, Imperial Palace area, Ginza).

Good driver - We've seen a lot. The description says vaal guided tour. That's not right. We were taken by the driver to different places and otherwise had to find out for ourselves. There is no question of a guided tour.
