Flawless - David was very responsive to questions and very prompt on arrival. Kept in touch.We were a family of 7 and sometimes getting us all in the same car is difficult. But they accommodated us perfectly. Highly recommend!

Better than Cruise Ship Transfer - I you are not going directly from a cruise ship to a flight at Narita, this is much better. It was a much more pleasurable method of getting to our hotel near Narita airport than it would have been if we had used the cruise ship transfer. We are staying a few extra days in Japan, traveling by train, so being able to leave our extra luggage at the airport hotel is very useful. For one thing, we arrived directly to our hotel - luggage and all. The cruise ship transfer was by bus to Narita airport, then we would have had to take a shuttle - with all our luggage - to the hotel. Not terribly convenient. Driver was very nice, too.

Last minute change - I booked transportation for my elderly parents. Last minute their flight got canceled and rescheduled to a very early flight. I reached out to the company and they were able to find me a new driver last minute with no issues. My parents were both very comfortable and had no issues.

Caring, courteous, amazing! - As a mother of a son who was traveling by himself for the first time… I could not have been more impressed with this service… not only did they keep in contact 24 hours to pick up they also sent me updates and pics of where they were waiting and that they had my “precious cargo” on board… I would 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking about booking this service. This was a transfer from... - This was a transfer from Downtown Tokyo to Narita Airport. The driver arrived about 20 minutes late. He was the slowed driver on the highway. Then just 15 minutes from the airport he has to take washroom and smoking break. Keep in mind that this is only a one hour trip. Fortunately we arrived in time for our flight but the drivers actions created needless tension. Very disappointed because the trip from the airport to downtown Tokyo was fast and efficient. The dirver was waiting for us at the airport. Therefore I feel the poor return trip is a reflection of the driver and not the company
