Good value and educational - Excellent tour. Bus was very convenient from the train station. We took the walking tour with Marabel. She was very informative and engaging and we enjoyed her anecdotes.

Great Way To See Toledo! - Easy, quick, and very convenient way to get around Toledo. Staff were very friendly and the views from the bus of the city were spectacular!

Good way to see outside the city. - It was as I expected. Toledo is such a cool place to visit but it has a lot of hills and walking if you want to see it all. The bus made it a bit easier to go around the town. For example we did a walking tour which started at one end and finished on the complete other side. We got on the bus and travelled back to the front. It only has ten stops so not too many and takes about an hour to go around.

Visit on 9th September 2024 - Great visit if this old town and enjoyed going around it on Hop on Hop off bus service which had a stop by the train station. Round trip lasted an hour and also gave you an opportunity to stop offand explore at Stop No1 Had a meal at one of the restaurants in the square. Would suggest visiting on any day other than Monday as shops were mostly closed.

It does what it says on the tin - We hadn't planned to do the HOHO bus but as we were on the train to Toledo from Madrid the free (suggested donation) walking tour group we had booked with texted to say it had been cancelled as there weren't enough people signed up to make it worthwhile. We were left a bit high and dry, hadn't done any advance research and so signed up for the HOHO bus with 1 hour walking tour (€35 p.p.) with the representative on the Toledo railway platform. The English speaking walking tour was led by Alejandro was very good. He was engaging and clearly passionate about his home town and its history. We were fortunate there were only 5 of us so it was easy to hear him and keep together with the group. The bus part of the tour is quite short and to be honest I thought it was a bit overpriced but it suited us on the day so no complaints. When we'd had enough we got back on the bus and were transported back to the train station (which itself is quite charming)

No need for premium - We paid for the premium option and I would not recommend paying extra. The military museum was free, they closed 30 minutes earlier than listed. The bull fighting museum is not part of the route. The ride was very nice though, so just get the cheaper option.

Overall not happy with the experience - Driver and operator never responded. Stops were not announced. People were on the stairs and not sitting yet but the driver would take off. Which channel was English Out of 17 was something you as a customer need to figure out.

Disappointing - We waited a very long time for more passengers in two places and ended up taking a lap on the highway around Toledo with just 5 minutes at the viewpoint to take pictures...I found it disappointing

Waste of Money - This was a waste of money for us! Apparently it included a walking tour which was at 7:15pm. We asked the rep. If we could do an earlier tour as we had a train back to Madrid. Not at all accommodating and asked us to pay more. We didn’t get a chance to use the tour to the extent so for us a total waste of money!! They tend to hide certain details in tiny print!

Worst Hop hop off bus I've ever experienced - The wait at each stop was too long, the bus driver was surly & did not give out headphones or a map. When we eventually got the headphones we couldn't hear anything because of the crackling & the voice was not loud enough. Most of the time there was no speaking, only excruciating music!
