We have done it 4 times....each time is a little different with the cruise director speaking. Some times they talk a lot....thus time her mic was not quite right so it was a more quiet trip. U need 2 put someplace in your warnings about there being a few steps up & down.....Not wheelchair accessible. We had an incident where a large man could not get up the steps. The crew tried 2 help him but he wass in no shape for doing even those few steps. He was barely walking with 2 knee braces & a cane. Do not know why he thought he could do the trip.

The guide was very gracious and she did a great job. It was her first trip out alone! Loved it. The lunch could be changed to a small charcuterie box. Finger foods. Would have liked that better. The only thing I would have changed is the picnic lunch. I would call it a snacks cruise and do finger foods. Thanks!

Weather was great and the crew was friendly and knowledgeable including posting out and detailing various sites and landmarks as we passed by them.

My sister's and I planned a get together and wanted to out on a boat. A friend told me about the Sandpiper on the Maumee River. We booked it and had a great day. We would definitely do it again! The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I would like to have the option of paying less and bringing my own lunch.

I was hoping that we would cruise past the downtown and the maritime museum.

Had a group of 13 one being the bus driver (mini bus only holds 14 people). Contacted several months ago about where to park, where I was informed that there would be a spot available directly by the dock. When we arrived there was no where to park. After calling and getting voicemail it took them almost 30 minutes to reach back out, which was done by text and made absolutely no sense. Our driver who came in from vacation to take them had to miss out on going because of how poorly organized this company is. We will never book this trip again!
