Excellent tour knowing the snowy - Ricardo was an excellent guide and very attentive to the needs. A magnificent landscape that we could travel with an easy/medium difficulty, a regular effort for a person used to exercise.

Good hike in a volcanic crater - Was a great trip I’m glad we did it. Super cool volcanic crater. Our guide Rubén spoke perfect English and was able to tell us a lot about the local history and culture.

Would not reccomend, no recourse for unsatisfactory experience. - I would not reccomend this tour. From the moment my husband and I entered the vehicle with our guide (who was very kind), I was skeptical of the weather. However, I was emphatically reassured that the weather would hold up, that the rain would stop and that the fog would clear somewhat so we would be able to see the summit and the lagoon. When we arrived to the mountain, it was clearly still raining and the wind was blowing so hard it was rattling our vehicle. The fog was so dense you couldn't see anything below. We ended up leaving shortly afterwards and returning to our accomodation without completing the hike. When we requested a refund for this experience due to feeling misled about the conditions, we were told that the operator does not communicate with personnel at the park to verify whether the conditions are favorable. It is a huge gamble and the operator will not work with you whatsoever in the event things don't go as planned. It was around 5.5 hours and $180 wasted on our last day in the city on our honeymoon just driving pointlessly.
