Brings history to life in Tomar - Mark is a passionate person about history in Portugal. He is a wealth of knowledge and brings to life the history of Tomar/Portugal. Templars to synagogues, he knows and tells the stories of the past. He also knows all the nooks and crannies and places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed his tour and his recommendations... would recommend to anyone. Good pace but there is a wee bit of stair climbing so just be aware.

Fantastic fun and educational. - Mark is a born storyteller and a natural communicator. It's like walking around a city with an old friend who knows what to look at. We had a great afternoon, loved the knights Templar. He even pointed us to the best restaurants in town. He's funny too!

Bad directions to the starting location for Tomar tour - We linked the directions to our goggle maps and it sent us to the top where the church was. First it was imposed to find parking and then we finally did park realized there was no statue and remember seeing one at the bottom of the hill. We ran down the hill and made it to what we thought was the right statue and was 5 minutes late. Could not find the tour guide or group anywhere.
